I hade purchased intex aqua extreme smart phone in Feb 2015. In sept 2015 the mobile display started showing multiple lines on it, so i gave it to authorised service centre on 19 sept 2015. they took nearly one month and returned me a old and extremely used bad conditioned hand set of intex aqua extreme with different imei number, which means it was not my orignal phone which i submitted to service centre. I refused that phone and returned it to authorised service centre on 19 oct 2015, with demand of my orignal phone which i purchased or brand new phone intex aqua extreme. Today on 6/11/15 still they have not the issue and they say that they will give intex aqua extreme 2{TWO} handset/phone which is of not same features and cost as of intex aqua extreme. So, please give me Justice. orignal prize of intex aqua extreme - rs 11110 approx prize of intex aqua extreme 2 - rs[protected]

Dear Team,

This is to inform you that I have purchased one Intex mobile phone (Aqua power plus, EAN No:[protected] from reliance digital at Guntur on[protected].

after 1 and half month i have started facing problem from this handset, the problem is when i am insert charger plug its going to got discharge. later on i have visited reliance digital they told me to go to authorized service center of intex, as there suggestion i went your authorized service center and handed over my mobile phone on[protected] and then they have given me back on[protected]. but still the problem is not rectified,

so again i have given to your same service centre on[protected], but still i don't got any proper solution on this, they are not done any co-operation(intex mobile service centre)
