Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — my new intex aqua s3 phone

I have buy a intex aqua s3 one month ago on 13-08-17 from gaurav electronics 15 dispensary road dehradun. But it start to hang within one week and from 7 days i. E. From 8-09-17 my phone is completely switched off it is not even opening. When i discuss this issue with the dealer from whom i have buy this phone. She is telling me to go at the service center. And at service center firstly they refused by saying that they are updating there computer softwares but later on when i tell them that they are telling this same problem from 4 days they kept it with them. They kept us waiting for 2 hours and didn't do anything now they are telling me to take this phone after 2 days. They told me that they will check what is the problem in the phone. Thats why i hand over my phone to them. This is completely insane i have wasted my 6 days for this stupid phone. I am without phone from 7 days this is ridiculous. I am a college student and i have wasted my so many days. I really want to replace that phone. I really want to ask that a company manufacture such a phone which stops working within one month. I want my money back. I dont feel after repairing it would work. I want my money back.

They haven't provide me any job sheet number and now they are saying to come after 10 days this is insane .My phone is not working from 8-9-17.When I told them that I will complain against them they are just saying ok.Is this a professional behaviour .I want my money back. I can give you the number of my service center that is in ballupur road dehradun [protected].I am also sending you a copy of my bill.Please look into the matter my exams are going and I need a phone as soon as possible.

Phone was bad and got ill in 6 days sevice centre isnt responding better contact or i will go in consumer court

purchased in october 2017..hangs frequently..in june battery problem started(battery bulging both side).july first week ordered battery through service centre.not yet delivered. instead today ie24/7/18 asked me to hanover mobile unit to them for replacing board. don't know when i will get my phone back.
after fed up with Aqua s3 i send the unit to the managing director of Intex technologies on october 1st.
still no courtesy reply from Intex...
