Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — power bank not working and intex not responding | |||
Sent an email to intex with subject “re: intex na it-pb12.5k 12500 mah power bank - charging problem” dated 23rd nov 2017 because my power bank which is under warranty wasn’t charging and sent them the invoice in the same email too. Inspite of requesting in the email to serve me at the earliest due to a similar incident 4 yrs ago where intex gave me too much of trouble to resolve an issue with sound system and i was anyways too much dissatisfied with them due to that experience, they didn’t ever reply to my mail even after following up on it. Don’t think this organization ever care for its customers and there warranties doesn’t seem to have any value at all as they don’t even care to respond to issues, let alone resolving them. Hi this is rhythem and i am working with intex last year but few some reasons i leave out my job and now i want to claim my pf . our company's 3rd party name is M/S SUPERWELL SERVICES PVT. LTD. the contact no. are out of service please help me and share me my UAN no.
