[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Warranty related issue | |||
I purchased Intex i6 on 16/05/2016 Having a warranty of 12 months. Now obile has issue relating to Display and Sim Card slot. Intex service centre said that your warranty is void as your sim card slot is damaged and he is also refsuing to repair the display as your warranty become void due to sim card slot damaged. BUT as per Intex warranty card guidelines warranty is not valid for damages resulting due to breakages and warranty does not become void. So asper intex warranty guidelines I am eligibles for warranty against Display of my mobile. Was this information helpful? | |||

My intex cloud treat gray doul sim mobile has been suddenly switched off. Now Intex cloud treat Mobile was not opening and not indicate when it was changing. It was like a dead Mobile. I purchased this mobile on online by Amazon on 25 Feb 2017. Purchased Invoice number is HR-DEL[protected]. Please solve my problem earlyest.
