[Resolved] Intex Mobile — Looting at customer service centre - reg | |||
sir, i have bought aqua 3g phone on dated[protected] from satyam electronics, jaipur. while traveling screen was slightly spotted black. when i contacted at your service centre m/s shubham creations, t-8-9, 3rd floor, salasar plaza, indira bazar, jaipur, person told me that screen has to be replaced and charged rs 1200/- for this. i demanded rate list but that person (owner) refused. after replacing scrren, when i demanded invoice, he again refused. but when i insisted on invoice, owner of service centre gave me invoice of shubham creation instead off intex online invoice. is it your practice not to declare rate list or not giving service centre's invoice for paid services? this was clearly a loot at your service centre. i have to buy another mobile, but this experience lessoned me that always go for big branded like samsung, htc, sony rather than u because of their after sale support. (invoice of shubham creations' invoice doesnt show that while repairing my warranty lapsed or not.)
