Intex Mobile — Mobile not repaiered for last 3 months

Dear Sir, I have purchased one Intex Aqua G4 Black Silver with IMEI: [protected] vide Invoice No EMP/DEL/2014-15/EB/5480 dtd 24/11/2014 through e-portal ebay.com. From the day of delivery, the phone was showing problem ( wifi not working). Immediately lodged a complaint with ebay.com. But instead of taking any action they dropped the complaint stating the issue pertains to manufacturing warranty. I deposited the mobile at company's authorised service centre, SAM COLLECTION, ( Shop No.1 Satnam Mansion, Nr, Chitra Cinema, Dr. Ambedkar Road Dadar (East) Mumbai, Maharashtra- 400014, Contact No : [protected], Email address: [protected]@intexcare.in ) on 12th February, 2015 and after that I have been following up with them like a mad man as every time they are telling the mobile has gone to company work shop and yet not returned back to them while company customer care replying they have returned the item to the service centre on 17th Feb, 2015. For so many days they are playing a hide a seek instead of returning me the mobile in good working condition or refunding my money back. Regards, Kishore Sethi [protected]
