[Resolved]  Intex Mobile — My phone not replaced since last 1 month. Job sheet no[protected]T001

I had purchased Aqua 3G somewhere in July 2014, just after 1 month it started malfunctioned and its battery would drain out in a short span even without using the phone. I had given my mobile phone for replacement on 26th August against job number[protected]T001 and the same is pending since last 1 month. Even your customer care is not able to give proper information on the same and every time they repeat that it will be resolved within 7 days. Every time I call, they give me some other number to call but after calling that number also the resolution has not been done for the last 1 month.
