Intex Mobile — newly purchased intext mobile not working

Sir i have purchase intext aqua N-15 on 26/06/2014 after one month it is stopped workig and i have given for repairing to your service center at jodhpur at minerva center but service center person is telling that mobile me pani chala gaye hai which is totally wrong it has stopped working suddenly.
