Intex Mobile — Not received a response for a month

Team : I want to file a complaint with regard to Job sheet No.[protected]T001 . I, Shagun Murarka purchased Intex cellphone –Y13T on 9 April, 2014 from Madan Mobiles with address at L-221/A, Lajpat Nagar Sahibabad Ghaziabad. Within a week I stated facing issues with the cellphone with regard to network. No network signals cellphone was receiving and due to this reason my cellphone got replaced within a week with a new one. In December 2014 Mid I started facing the same issue again but with regard to only one sim only and in other again network issue encountered. Currently I’M USING two connection voda and idea. No network was coming through one of the SIM slots. In first week of January 2015 BOTH sim slots stopped working, phone automatically use to switch off and started hanging a lot number of times in a day. As this is the second time I’m facing the same issue request you to refund the entire amount of cellphone. Even if this time some of the parts of cellphone got replaced like motherboard and I’ll not be chargeable with any amount as my phone is under warranty but what about once the warranty period is over then I’ve to pay high charges for the Intex customer care services. This issue is very critical for me and I’ll appreciate if my amount is refunded as soon as possible. My contact number is 91-[protected] My complaint no .-[protected] was loddged by Vishal Sharma from Delhi Customer care and he told me that I will get a reply regarding my issue within a week but i had not received any reposnse from her. I called customer care twice to discuss the issue with him but every time the only response I'm getting is he is not available. I wrote 8-10 emails on intex customer care email id shagun.[protected]@hcl.com but had not received any response. Please treat this email as an escalation as I was not getting respones from Customer executives for my query for about a month neither the considered inportant for the company to atleast give some repoly over emails when customer is constatntly following with the conpany. I'm very much dissatisfied with the customer care services being provided by intex and my experience is also very bad. I request you to please call on my no. 91-[protected] to understand my issue.
