Intex Mobile — not resolve the problem from jan 10,2015

Dear sir, I have purchased the mobile as on dated Aug.7, 2014.there was a problem arise in the month of jan.2015.I have given the mobile to the service center as on dated jan 10, 2015, from that date till now the mobile not received.according to customer care it was received to the service center four times but as repair part is not available mobile is not rectify.I have a no. of visit to the dealer as well as call to customer care but no solution till yet.i have dick of that. pls do the needful as allmost 5 months have been past Otherwise i have to go the consumer forum for redressel.
