Intex Mobile — Yet i have not received my handset

I had give the handset for repair for display problem as on dtd.28.07.2014, still as on date i had not received my handset or money against that.
My jobsheet number is[protected]t001, handset details are- intex aqua n4, black model, dual sim.
So i am kindly request you to please do the needful action as early as possible because it has already more than one months passed.
