[Resolved]  Intex Power Bank — 10000mah power, bank not working proper

I bought intex powerbank 10000mah on 9 august 2018,, i only takes 2-3 hrs to fully charge and even take 3-4 hrs to fully discharge without using,,,... Plz help i have the bill of shop from where i bought it and the shopkeeper said about 6 months warranty so kindly help me out by the trouble otherwise i will file a complain as i paid money for the material what i bought
