I purchased it some days ago when I charge the power bank it shows that its battery is full but when I removie it from charging it does not even blink its light. It is not charging what is the problem with it...

I am using sam sung j 7 nxt mobile. But u r intex powerbank 20000 was not working properly. It is taking charging but when it attached to mobile it is not charging.. Other power bank is working. It was not working. So please do needful... As early as possible...

Hi team, i have ordered a power bank on 28 feb 2018 from flipkart of 20000 mah power bank. First it's stops charging in 3rd month than i visited ur one of service center at metro plaza meerut, after 15 days they gv me some different model. Once again it again stopped working in just 2 months. Now again i walked the same service center, now they again gv me different model, as a customer i really very very dissapointed with the intex service....

10000mah power, bank not working proper

I bought intex powerbank 10000mah on 9 august 2018,, i only takes 2-3 hrs to fully charge and even take 3-4 hrs to fully discharge without using,,,... Plz help i have the bill of shop from where i bought it and the shopkeeper said about 6 months warranty so kindly help me out by the trouble otherwise i will file a complain as i paid money for the material what i bought...

I bought a intex it-pb12.5k 12500mah lithium ion power bank (Black-grey) through amazon on 24th jan 2018. But it was not working to get charging... It is taking charging but when it attached to mobile it is not charging.. So please do needful... I m very dissatisfied by this company service which is not providing costumer service. Please resolve this problem as early as possible......

I beg to state that I have purchased two intex power banks(Intex IT-PB 11K Intex IT-PB11K 11000 mAh, Power Bank - Black 11000 mAh) vide no order no OD[protected] on 13.08.16. One of them has been transferring the power from power bank to mobile is very low. Some times it takes 10 hours to charge a mobile. My power bank is within the warranty period.
Therefore I request you to kindly take necessary action so that I can overcome...

I had purchase by flip cart, intex power bank on[protected].
first time when i had charge by A/C it had fully charged. But when i am doing 2 nd time charge by A/C it is not taking charge. that means you are selling product use and throw. it is not right way to do bussiness with your customer .
please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Please replace my intex
power bank.
