I beg to state that I have purchased two intex power banks(Intex IT-PB 11K Intex IT-PB11K 11000 mAh, Power Bank - Black 11000 mAh) vide no order no OD[protected] on 13.08.16. One of them has been transferring the power from power bank to mobile is very low. Some times it takes 10 hours to charge a mobile. My power bank is within the warranty period.
Therefore I request you to kindly take necessary action so that I can overcome the problem as soon as possible.
