I had purchased on line one INTEX 5.1 N-61 DVD Player, ITEM CODE : GC115813, Order No.: [protected], Sub order No.[protected] 0n the month of July 2015. This product after about eight hours of playing time konked out (dead). I took the player to the local authorised service centre here at Guwahati, ASSAM, and their job order no[protected]P001, Lot No.[protected] on 26/08/2015 and till date i have not heard from them. This item right from the very beginning was giving problem as it would take about a minute to come on. Now i have completely lost faith in this item and am sorry to know that you are marketing such sub standard products.I would request you to replace this player with a new one.

      I bought a intex aqua power on amazon before four months. I never seen this kind of worst touch sensor in any phone. when I open the scree lock it take 6 second to open because of the slow touch sensitivity. If it possible means you please take my phone and replace a new phone .otherwise you please send tha intex costumer care detail I will register the complaint against the phone.I m waiting for your reply.

                Give me the real status and don't ask me to call on[protected] or [protected] because i have already done it and they are useless and dont carry any information about the issue. I have been running for the faulty charger since one month and later on service center people asked me to fill a form on 22nd of August to get a replacement from the company and asked me to collect it after 10 days but still they don't have charger available and asking me to wait more, How long do i have to wait just for a charger and i am not able to use my phone... They gave me 1.5 v of charger for time being which also does't work properly and if it creates any issue in my phone intex will be full responsible for that...

These 4 months i have searched in all shops and service centers in Metro cities in Tamilnadu till i did not get battery.                       I have given to repair at Abids Hyderabad when my cell was not getting recharge after 4 days of buying it. The service centre is so worst and they dont even lift our calls. I have sent my attender 20 times atleast still no response. after 1 month they returned it. But not in a working condition. Again I have given to service and waiting for my mobile. its been more than 3 months now, still I did not get my mobile. I regret to buy Intex mobile(auqa power HD). Intex pl help me.

                          I am just fed up... with your services...???????????????? Really don't know what's going on...worst service ever seen in my life. This handset was purchased on 13/6/2015 and after completion of only one month...The mobile was dead... means problems in touch screen & software. I was submitted my mobile in service centre on 31/7/2015 but till date I didn't get it and your service persons have no answer at all. Earlier I have used 3-4 company's handset but for the first time I tried Intex Mobile and Is this the service what I am getting ????????????. Now I just want the replacement of my mobile as I don't want to use your repaired mobile phone.Hope I will receive my replaced mobile on 05/09/2015 otherwise you can keep your mobile phone with you and refund my money that will be more better. I will be really surprised if you people will revert back to me as till date you are not responding at all.

                            Within a week of purchase of Intex Aqua R2 (purchased on 29th July 2015), the phone is: 1) Hanging (even though only one sim used in the dual-sim phone until now) 2) Heating up like a sigdi during charging 3) Battery takes 2 hours to charge from 0 to 100% and discharges within 4 hours 4) Phone shuts off at will 5) Useless and a waste of money I do not know how many people I will have to box at the service centre. This is the start of my misfortune. Please do not buy Intex phones. You will be inviting headache.

                            LOTUS TELECOM, the service centre at Andheri has asked me to wait for 25 days for resolution of service.

                            Funny. Isn't it. Phone purchased on 29th July 2015 gets cancer within seven days. I go to the service centre on 02nd September 2015 and admit it in the ICU. Surgery and hospitalisation will be for 25 days. Going by Intex standards and what I read from customer complaints, service issues are not resolved in even that 25 days. It keeps on lingering.

                            Now should I purchase another phone to keep in touch during those 25 hospitalisation days? I have already taken out a day off to admit the phone in ICU. I will have to take another day off during discharge day.

                            Bloody Intex. Chutiya Phone. Please avoid INTEX.
                            I regret I bought an Intex phone. After giving it to the service centre on 02nd September 2015, I collected it yesterday ie. on 11th September 2015.

                            I am attaching the scan of cash memo and the job-sheet from the service centre.

                            However, since today morning it is again becoming hot on its own and shutting down. I spoke to the customer care agent, Deepak around 1330 hrs today on the Intex toll-full number:[protected] and have obtained the complaint reference number: [protected].

                            I was asked to go to the service centre again. As if I had no other work to do.

                            I refuse to go to the service centre again and again. I refuse to spend money calling the Intex customer care number on a toll-full number and incurring money on calls. I demand a new Intex phone or my full money back.

                            Inability or refusal to comply will cause me to send legal notice for claims and damages to the registered address of Intex under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
                            Another thing that I am noticing after receiving the phone from the service centre is that now I am seeing a vertical line in the display screen of my phone which was not there earlier. I suspect that my original display may have been removed and changed by a spurious display.

                            Intex shows misleading advertisements on television and newspapers. It is not even one-hundredth true. ASCI is sleeping.
                            I had to make another trip to Intex Service Centre at Wagle Estate, Thane on 21st October 2015. Intex checked my phone and replaced it with Aqua A3 phone.

                            However, sadly, the Intex Aqua A3 battery is substandard now. A 100% charged battery drops charge to 80% and then about 60% in a matter of minutes. I am fed up of making trips to the Intex service centre. Intex is a substandard company selling substandard goods.
                            Since the day of purchase of Intex phone, the phone has been useless. I made three trips to the service centres at Andheri and Thane.

                            The Intex Aqua A2 phone was exchanged for a new Intex Aqua A3 phone on 21st October 2015. However, that phone is also useless. Mr Sanjay Mali from Intex, Thane had assured me on 20th November 2015 that he will do something about my problem but he does not reply my phone calls or WhatsApp messages. I have got notifications to contact the Noida Customer Care. I refuse to call their toll-full numbers and waste my money and time.

                            Intex is a full nonsense company with spurious products.
                            There is no response and no attitude of service from Intex

                            This is what happens to a customer when he or she patronises a sub-standard company. Please BEWARE OF INTEX PHONES...

                            Contacts are hiding and suden switch off

                            I have purchased intex aqua q1 mobile 2 months back. Initially it works properly and day by day its started to give problems, like sudden switch off and once I switch on the cell it wont show the contacts.
                            My INTEX phone is actually useless - I have only this one for now and regret buying it. PROBLEM: Whatever I do with the phone it keeps on jumping around with the result that it can not focus on Google or whatever other service I require. Closing down and refreshing are not of any use. HELP please

                              You guys have horrible service centres in varanasi. i have my intel i5 aqua hd for repairing as it was dead under warranty. they took the phone and after a week they called me that my phone has been repaired. when i went to the service centre i waited for around an hour or more giving an excuse of some software issue in my phone. after a while they came back with the phone and said that the battery is fully discharged and the phone has been repaired you may charge the battery and check the phone at your home . when i came back the phone was in the same condition and now my warranty has expired. nor they are accepting that it was his fault and not mine that the phone

                                If company is not able to provide services and better accessories to Customer I dont understand Why they open the company. Service center taking 30-40 days or more to provide services and for repairing of mobile, within 2 months my INTEX AQUA XTREME mobile started hanging-up and motherboard also creating problem. i just want that pay back my money or immediately issue me new mobile of same capacity and features, Because we people not purchased intex mobile for Depositing in their service center, Provide services to customer or Woundup the Company. I think By this way company lost goodwill in market. i[censored] kept mobile in your service center for more than a week pls. immediately issue a backup mobile.

                                  I received above mobile on 25/8/2015. After receiving I tried start mobile with SIM but does not support in Mobile. For this I talked in Customer care on 28/08/2015. The officer told me that the mobile will be collected and refunded. But today when I log in my account the link of replace / refund did opened replying that as 7 days have gone it can not be replaced or refunded. I received the mobile on 25/8/2015, only 4 days have gone. So, It should be refunded as the damage mobile has been sent to me.                                       Respected sir / madam,
                                      I gave my intex octa i - 5 for repair to ayushi electronic indore on the 08th of august 2015, as it was getting hang and working slow.
                                      They tried to upgrade the software but the handset got dead and they had to send it to company.
                                      They told me that i will get my handset within 4 - 5 days.
                                      I called them after 10 days and still i didn't got any proper answer.
                                      I called to your customers care they committed to give me my handset in 48 hours.
                                      I was in regular touch with ayushi electronic and customers care both. And on[protected] i went to ayushi electronic. There they gave me intex aqua speed hd.
                                      This is a low cost model, so i didn't accept it. But they forced me to take that or they will have to send it back to company.
                                      I asked for any manager numbers.
                                      I talked with mr vijay (Manager indore) ([protected]) . . As per mr vijay i have used my cell phone for 5 months and now company is giving me new handset so i should accept low cost model. . He disconnected my call without listing my complaint.
                                      I called customer care again, mr sumit was the agent and now he is asking me to go to service center and make a new job sheet and wait for more 15 days.
                                      This is a clear case of cheating customers. .
                                      I have all the cal recordings done with ayushi electronic and customers care agents.
                                      Please do the needful asap.
