Myself Dr. Tejas P Joshi purchased Intex mobile on dated 21/02/2014.
Yet it is in 1 year warranty period. from last one week, I am trying to contact service centre but all in vain.
Firstly, as per your web site, I did not found service centre and it was change.
secondly mobile contact no is not valid.
When I found service centre in Bhavnagar, Gujarat the person told me to come before 6: pm
and lastly when I visit fourth time, they told that mobile antenna may be broken and I have o bear charges!!.
I am shocked, how I am responsible for broken antenna. If it is then it will over in warranty period as it the the part of mobile.
My mobile never fall down or broken. Software is also working fine but it cannot locate network.
So it is company responsibility to repair or add that part in my mobile.
The local service person denied to repair free of cost although it is in warranty period.
I request you to consider my case and repair the part free of charge with nearly cost of Rs. 250.

My mobile is not fall under following criteria and hence warranty is applicable as per your company norms:
If the stipulated warranty period as determined from proof of purchase, has expired.
Ó The product is not used according to the instructions as stated in user’s manual.
Ó Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry or physical
construction of the product.
Ó If the product is tampered by way of Installation / repair work by any un-authorized person /
agency.
Ó Any external accessories or add-ons, which are not supplied by Intex.
Ó Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not conform to the recommended
operating conditions of the product.
Ó If the warranty sticker / seal is tampered or damaged.
Ó If the product purchased is “seconds”.
Ó If the product is found to be physically damaged, rusted, wet /moist or burnt.
Ó Damage in transit to and from service center.
Ó Force Majeure: Defects due to causes beyond control like Fire, voltage surge, acts of God like
earthquake, lightning, rain, flood, etc
I am herewith attaching Invoice and false job sheet (showing Out of warranty) created by local service centre for your consideration.
Hope you will do needful otherwise I have no option to fill case against company in consumer court and from now I never buy product from Intex or never recommend the same.
Your local service person is very arrogant and not taken my case seriously.
I again intimate you that body part which may be damage / broken inside the mobile without fallen down is always under warranty period and its your responsibility to repair as earliest possible.
