I have purchased Intex Aqua HD 5.0 (Golden Blue) form Amazon.in on April 2015. By June 2015 mobile was not getting charged which was in switch off condition and i took mobile to Intex Service Center after holding mobile for 20 days for getting repaired I got my mobile back, Job Sheet No.:[protected]T001 dated : 13/06/2015. Again by the first week of August 2015 mobile got hanging problem for with again i have took mobile to Intex Service Center for getting repair. Job Sheet No:[protected]T001 dated: 12/08/2015. And now i.e. October 2015 again my Intex mobile has display problem i.e., shades of lines in display and Hanging problem is there and again i have handed over to intex service center. Job Sheet No.:[protected]T001 Dated: 10/10/2015 and intex service center person has asked me to wait for another 20 days to get back. In humanity just think that after spending money will a person will go to service center again and again. Within 6 month after purchase I have to give my mobile 3 times i.e., in break of 2 month i.e. purchased in April 2015. In June 2015, August 2015 & October 2015 I have to give it to service center. Each time new problem within that 2 times I have same complaint of mobile hanging, i don’t know what class of material or spares are been used in Intex mobile. Intex mobile has mentally hurt me lot. I have to travel nearly 80Kms to take the mobile to Intex Service Center. For each and every 2 month it is impossible. My kind request is that take back my Intex mobile and please refund my money so that i can purchase some other good branded mobile or replace with other good Intex mobile.
