I am very disappointed by flipkart's and intex's services. I have ordered an intex it - 4950 suf bt 115 w bluetooth home audio speaker from flipkart, which i had received on 8th of oct 2018. But the product was received in damage condition and it's sound quality isn't up-to the mark. I have already submitted return and refund request for this product many times but every time my request was not processed and rejected by vendor as a result i have filed a complaint against this order on consumerhelpline.gov.in and it's complain no is 1003900 (National consumer).
