Hi,

I Woud like to complain about the Investors clinic Noida. They gave me wrong commintments at the time of booking and now they are not adhering to that. I have been chasing to them daily and they give me false promises . Mr Raj from Investors clinic commited somethign else at the time of booking and now they are not picking up.

I need to complain about them and their team to their heads . Kindly get me the contact numbers of the head Office or the Nodal officer in concern.

    Mr. Shobhnath of Investors clinic contacted me for booking of my flat & talked very sweetly to me. Built relation on the basis of same native place. I asked him which is the good property to buy. he suggested me there is some scheme going on in Thane where u have to give only 20% payment in start & rest after possesion. I asked to visit the property but he told that today being last day of the month [ 31st Jan.] scheme is going to be closed. He shown me rosy pictures & collected Rs.20,000 cash from me at night from my home, having said that i will hold this scheme since you given some token & you can visit the property in a day or 2. since then his no. is switched off & office address he told in Andheri is untraceble. I only remember his name & investors clinic name. Would like to request people to beware of such type of co.s & people.

    We would like to inform you that, One Villa booked (90 Sq. Yard, Supertech Upcountry Project) in the name of Ms. Subhashree Rath, under inspection of your representative Mr. Chetan Arya. At the time of booking Unit No- S-1, 66 has been allotted to us & same number has been put up in our booking form by your representative. But, within 5 to 6 days of booking we have received a call from Mr. Arya that the same unit has already been allotted by Supertech to some one (With the various reasons, which was already narrated to you during our discussion). Again confirmed us that Unit-S-1, 82 Allotted to you. But, when Mr. Arya provide us the acknowledgement of Supertech for clearances of our cheques (Booking amount 10% of basic price) Unit –S1-84 mentioned in acknowledgement.



    The same matter intimate to Mr. Sandeep Khurana on 10.04.2011 and as assured by you the Unit-S1-82 will be allotted and confirmed to us by 12.04.2011. But as previous we have not received any call from your side. Today, i.e. 14.04.2011, But Mr. Khurana also avoiding to pick my phone and now they denied to help us in the same regards.

    Sub: Cancellation of plot against booking dated 15.07.2010, Plot No.R0230D00110 at Upcountry TS-01, Sector-17A, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority U.P.
    Sir,
    1. I am surprised and shocked to receive your captioned letter regarding cancellation of plot and contemplated forfeiture of my booked money paid more than one years before.

    2. It is pertinent to mention here that investors clinic officers, misrepresented and played fraud with me and I was assured the allotment and possession of the plot by October 2010 and acting on their representation I paid Rs.2, 17, 000/- as 10% of the consideration. I did not hear anything from you or Investor clinics.

    3. That on 26.09.2010 I left for USA and came back in the end of October 2010 and enquired from the Investors Clinic about status and assured the same by December 2010. Again from January to February 2011 I was away to USA and then from 02.05.2011 to 28.06.2011. During this period I received no communication.

    4. That on my return I made it clear to Mr. Kartik Sharma the sales Manager of Investors Clinic that I am no more interested in the plot as I have been cheated and nothing happened for a year’s time. In turn I was assured return of my money with interest from 15.07.2010.

    5. That in meanwhile you had been sending the communication from 06.07.2011 onwards which were not responded for the reason indicated above. Now I have received this communication dated 15.11.2011 and I was busy on account of marriage of my son and came back on 08.12.2011. Therefore, writing this to you.

    6. That I would like to clarify that there is no concluded contract between us and there is no law which provide for forfeiture of money and that too on your own lapse and fraud played by Investors Clinic. I am proposing to file criminal case against Kartik Sharma and other officials of Investors Clinic for misrepresenting me and cheating me and if situation do arise against your company also.

    I therefore, call upon you to withdraw your letter dated 15.11.2011 immediately and refund the amount with 24% PA interest within 15 days failing which I will be constrained to take legal action as available to me in law.

    Dear All Investors,

    I am quite agree with your opinion that the people from Investor clinic are cheater. In fact some of them are working as independent broker firm in sec-18 in some areas of Noida and following the same method which they learned from the Investor clinic. They are cheating the Hard earned money from the innocent investor. After cheating they even don't pick up the phone and also give the threat that better you go to court. Because they crook know our law system that it takes a hell of time to get the judgement in your favour. They all know the loopholes of law.
    So, I only request you all to invest the money only after checking the plot detail from the concerned builder i.e. 1. Who is the owner of plot or flat. 2. What is the states of plot means cancelled or ?. 3. Don't pay any cheque or cash in favour of these broker's.

    In short i can most of the builder's and broker's are crook. Because builder show you something and offer you something else. Same is the case with Supertech. Supertech is really a big cheater as you saw the so many complaints against him. Supertech is also a leader in not completing it's project on time. We people feels satisfied by writing the complaint against them online but they are least bothered about these issues.

    I again request all my friend investor's be care full before investing your hard earned money.

      I am an ex employee of Investor's Clinic Infratech Ltd ( I am not even sure if they are a ltd co or not), the problems that i faced over there are as follows:

      1) Salary is never paid on time.
      2) Salary is not paid by the co, but by bosses who are heading the team.
      3) No salary slips were ever given.
      4) Working 7 days a week, even on public holidays, from 10 AM to any given time in the night.
      5) No PF, Insurance, medical or anything.
      6) Incentives or commission is never given on time.
      7) Unrealistic Targets.

      One of the core reason for me leaving IC was the false promises that we were being told to make to our clients. Once the co gets the 10% check, the client was let go off.

      I dont know, whom to approach to get my hard earned money from the co. Any help would be much appreciated.

      Set realistic expectations. Putting pressure on employees to perform
      at a faster rate than is natural for them or to complete a task with
      an unrealistic deadline is asking for trouble. Most people want to do
      their best at work; it builds their self-esteem which feels good. So
      unless you’ve hired a bunch of sabotaging masochists, trust each
      person to do the best they can. Let each person find their own rhythm
      and pace that supports their productivity. One person may seem slow,
      but if it’s their natural pace, they will be just as productive in the
      long run as the person who works at a speedier pace.
      Treat employees as human beings. Work isn’t just about producing
      results and achieving goals; it fits into a person’s lifestyle. If a
      person chooses work they enjoy, it’s a reflection of their
      personality. Relate to each of your staff as a unique human being
      first and an employee second. The so-so boss is one whose needs are
      more important than employees’ needs. He is not willing to be
      flexible, thus showing little concern for his employees, and expresses
      anger often. They generally misuse their power and authority. Piling
      an unreasonable workload on an employee, being too controlling or
      toying with an employees salary are other possible ways a boss can be
      abusing his or her employees.
      Verbal abuse, belittling and degrading comments can make an employee
      negative and further leads to decline in productivity. Its fact that
      in sales industry one need to face the blow from the upper level but
      that should not be to that extent to make the individual demoralize.

      RULES AND REGULATIONS SHOULD BE SAME FOR EVERY LEVEL IN A COMPANY. IF
      THE MATTER IS OF PUNCTUALITY, IT SHOULD BE SAME FOR EVERY BODY WHETHER
      HE IS A BDM OR PORTFOLIO OR EVEN THE GM. THE SUBORDINATES UNDER A TEAM
      LEADER ARE NOT BLIND. THEY ALSO TRACK THEIR TEAM LEADER'S ACTIVITIES.
      BUT THE PROBLEM IS THEY ARE ALWAYS PRESURIZED TO KEEP SHUT.
      WE ALL ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GROWTH AS WELL AS DOWNFALL OF THE
      COMPANY.SO WE NEED TO CO-OPERATE WITH EACH OTHER.
      UNFORTUNATELY PEOPLE IN IC ARE GETTING SELF CENTERED DAY BY DAY. THEY
      KEEP THEMSELVES BUSY TO INTERFARE IN EACH OTHER SALES RATHER THAN TO

      he is correct i too agree...worst company
      let me tell you the worst case which happened last year in the month of May.

      In the particular company, almost all the employees cannot exit in the normal condition either they would be thrown away from the company or they just tainted by undue allegation of fraud, theft etc.. If any employee gets the better opportunity.

      It is very practical situation that if any employee gets better opportunity then s/he does not tell the exact reason of his/her exit to the concerned stake holder after knowing the culture of the company they just put the personal issue in front of the management.

      Let me tell you the case regarding the same.

      There was one employee in the HR department (which is most sensitive department for any of the organization) to whom i always seen working very sincerely though he was underpaid, he never requested for salary hike and any other benefit. Out of all the member of that he was very cooperative to all the employee of this company. But his work was never valued and the credit always went to some other women of the department. Abruptly when he got the opportunity somewhere else he got the salary hike from them but he made commitment somewhere else so could not take his decision back and decide to move out from the company. He gave the excuse of some family problem considering that if he portray the exact reason then he would be pressurize by undue reason. He has given resignation and gave proper handover to his colleagues then also the management gave the worst treatment to him ignoring his hard work given to the organization.

      I was surprised after seeing that he was charged with theft of data and the allegation of absconding after his move from the company. Moreover they send one mail about that employee to all the employees mentioning that he has been absconding from the company with some of the company assets besides he has given proper handover to his colleagues.

      Why do not they people understand that employees have not done marriage with the company? If employer has the right to terminate employee then employee also has the rights to move out from the company.

      Still that employee is in shock that how any company can behave like in this unprofessional manner.
      I would suggest to concerned person that human being are valuable assets for the company. Don’t take them granted.

      Not Giving N.O.C for withdrawl

      I have booked a 1 bhk flat in AMAN III by Jaypee Infratech Ltd through Investors Clinic . It is going to be 3 years now nothing has been done by the builders. I asked Investors clinic to help me to withdraw they simply washed their hand. They are refusing to give NOC .

        Non payment of salary and incentive to employee

        Its a bad company to work with.. they give salary in cash. They donot give ne incentive to their BDMs who give the max business to the company.. I am the victim of the same. i Hve given more than 12 lakh rs of business to the company and they did'nt given me a single rupees as a incentive.. whenever the employee ask for incentive they neglect it.. very bad experience wid the company. specially with the team Dynamite of investor clinic....

        Fraud Property Dealers

        Investors Clinic is a fraud property dealer. I had bought one Flat by spending my hard earned money through investors clinic in Lotus Boulevard Espacia, Noida. At the time of sale they promised me a discount of 5.75% and out of which 4% was supposed to be adjusted by the builder at the time of paying IInd instalment means i had to deduct the amount from the IInd instalment ie.4% and balance was to be paid by investors clinic once IIIrd instalment...

        I have booked a flat @ Noida Supertech Ecovillage 2 with Investor Clinic on June 2010. At the time of booking the total cost of flat is different & now they are asking extra amount.

        I have already paid 10% of booking amount. I tried to contact them but they are not picking the phone.

        i too just now booked a flat through Investors clinic. have given the 10% booking amount last week only . now seeing so much of consumer complaints against them I am bit worried . I hope they have not cheated me .
        To the concerning IC personnel,
        If the consumer is being shocked with a rehearsed amount, why he is not informed at the time of booking. These types of complaints are now a days very frequent. You can do no good by knowing the name of the associate. You will only grill him for exposing your fraudulent routine and train him to act more cautiously further, am I right?
        We also have invested 1 booking in Eco village 2 . i think everything is normal and if problem is coming it is thru supertech not from these guys, Like when we will get benefit we dont share with investors clinic then why for small things we blaming these guys. time is for being together.

          I was looking for a flat and booked a flat in Logix- Blossom County through Investors clinic and tell them my preference, but when I received allotment letter it shows different floor that I was looking for, so I call them but they do not talk me properly and do not give me response. I was not interested in any other floor. So I regularly tried to talk with then but it was all in vain. They cheated me in this way and it was the worst experience of my entire life.

          Now Mr. Khurana avoid to pick my call and Mr. Arya directly denied that S-1-82 Unit can not possible to provide us. So INVESTOR CLINIC SEATING THERE TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMER AND GIVING THE MENTAL HARRSHMENT. I AM WORKING WITH A BIG ORGANISATION AND WE HAVE 20,000/- EMPLOYEE IN THIS COMPANY. I WILL FORWARD THIS MAIL TO ALL, DONT GO INVEST ANYTHING WITH INVESTORS CLINIC.
          I agree with this. These people do not do their home work, lure customers and later back out. Please do not trust. I have also burnt my fingers with them. All Directors including Honey Katiyal are big frauds.
          oh yes i agree with you guys please never trust on ic company its a fraudy company and same that guy sandeep khurana he is a mother i also booked one flat in amarpali last year he assures that he will provide me all the services and my preferable location but he never called us back even he is avoiding are call also but i want to stop my payment and he didnt want to talk on this matter...
          i need to tell something very important there is one girl by the name of preeti she is calling me again and again even i already told her dat i dropped my plan then she suddenly start abuse language and directly said u cant understand we have some target she used so many abuse words also like haramjade property leni nahi to call kyu karte ho really it was very emberrasing because at dat time i was in meeting. so i request to the concern person please take action asap and tell her its mendatory day if somebody then they shud buy smthing... thanx abhishek...

            I booked a flat in 3’C Lotus Zing through Investors clinic, at that time they told me about the open car parking but at the site it is covered parking. In this way they give me wrong information about the project. When I call them they do not pick my phone call neither they call me back.

            I would to inform the management of Investers Clinic that I was repetedly called by one of your employee Mr.Rajkumar to see the site at Greater Noida. I have informed him before I start from my home, at the midway and when I reached at Metro Station at sector 18 Noida. After I reached there he told me that one of my Clolegue Mr.Dheeraj will come and take me to the site. But then he told me that there is some miscommunication and hence could not see the site.

            I lost my 3 hours time and money. Hope the management can understand my pain and see to it that this kind of treatment should not happen with any other person in future.

            Choice is with management how they take this matter.

              I was looking for a residential flat in Delhi NCR and heard about the Paras TIERRA. So I approached to Investors clinic and asked about the flats.               Your agents are goons. After my 3 incidences with 3 separate goons in IC, it seems unlikely that you have done ANYTHING to discourage such goons in your goon agency.

              Hi, Please do not trust these gundas. All their Directors are big cheats. Shahzaad & Honey Katiyal and his sisters are all liars. They promise something, show something and give something else. Such like people should be arrested & be behind the bars. They are cheating innocent people and robbing them of their hard earned money.
              These guys should be put behind the bars. Its day light robbery..I would request the concerned authority to look into the matter as I am also one who has been cheated by these vultures.
              This is an absurd lie. Not just liars and cheaters, and trying to fraud you (main reason I did not agree to deal with them), they even threaten you of dire consequences and can go to any extent to harass and stalk you.
              It's not just money that you should be worried about when dealing with them; it is about your mental peace and life too.
              I had booked a property in Supertech Cape town Noida through IC in March 21 as a shifting from Supernova Astrallis . I was told that you will get possession in month of May-21. I paid Rs.560, 000/- to IC as booking amount on 6th Apr-2021. Despite my regular follow-up nothing happened till Aug-21. On 1st Aug I went to IC office Noida then one MOU was signed and IC people told me to deposit another Rs.22600/- to finalize the deal. They assured me that BBA will be signed in one week and possession will be given in Sept-21 but till now nothing happened and nobody is responding on mail. Though I have sent mail today to cancel the booking but my money and original documents are still stuck with IC. I was not expecting this kind of response from company like IC. Please help to get returned my money and original documents.

                I have made investment with M/s Assotech and M/s Samiah Builder in their Crossing republic and Hapur Projects respectively on assured return basis thru Investors Clinic. Now even after several months from the date of completion of agreed period, I am not able to get the money back.

                In fact in project of SAMIAH BUILDER, I have provided bank loan also thru my limits and now the company nor the dealer is responding to my queries. It is disgusting to get call from the Bankers several times a day but these people are sense less.
                They are not responding as they have not lister anything. They are just sitting on investors money and concentrating on New Business. They have no concern about consumer satisfaction & honoring Commitments.

                REAL ESTATE COMPANIES ON ASSURED RETURN BASIS IS AGAINST SEBI & RBI ACTS AS PER COURT ORDER DATED 29.08.2012

                Division Bench, consisting of the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw of the High Court of Delhi, on a public interest litigation WP(C) 5324/2012 filed by an investor, have issued directions to the Reserve Bank of India and Securities & Exchange Board of India to investigate against real estate companies who are inviting booking of property from the public with assured returns. The Hon'ble High has also further issued directions to take further remedial steps not only in restraining inviting booking on assured returns but also to take other action as permissible under law as well.

                ORDER / 29.08.2012

                1. This petition is filed in public interest. The petitioner has brought to the notice of this court that respondents no. 7 to 10, real estate development companies are inviting deposits from public with assured returns with buy back options. The submission is that the same amounts to banking activity within the meaning of Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 as applicable to non-banking financial corporations and is without the permission of the Reserve Bank of India as well as SEBI and cannot be undertaken by respondents no.7 to 10. It is further pleaded that not only are the said activity illegal but it is possible that small time investors having limited funds would be duped by such companies.

                2. We find that the petitioner had sent a representation to the Reserve Bank of India and SEBI only on 10.7.2012. Learned counsel for SEBI has appeared on advance notice and has submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, action has been initiated and the matter is under investigation. He has produced copies of letter dated 06.08.2012 addressed to respondents no.7 to 10 asking them to submit required documents to take further action.

                3. Since the matter is already under examination by the concerned authorities, it is not necessary to entertain this stage except for directing the RBI and SEBI to conduct and conclude the probe at the earliest and if it is found that respondent no.7 to 10 are not eligible to undertake such activities, take further remedial steps not only in restraining these respondents but also to take other actions as permissible under law as well. Petitioner shall be intimated about the outcome of the proceedings of the SEBI. In case the petitioner remains aggrieved by the action taken by the concerned authorities, he would be at liberty to approach the Court.

                With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.

                  I have invested in 2 projects on only on the recommandation of Investor's clinic but now when the amount is due for payment they are just delaying the whole thing. Matter is more than 3 months overdue but still no conclusion is in sight. Mr Pranav sharma is avoiding calls most of the time and never return calls. They feel that now we are at the receiving end and so they don't bother to revert. They take others money so casually as nothing has happened. While taking the deal, they talk differently but later on they give various excuses which a gentleman will never like to mention. Mr Honey has been contacted several times but he is also not taking interest in clearing the matter.

                  This is to bring in notice that we booked a flat in Amarpali Terrace Homes( Noida Extension ) Tower B4 Unit 603 in the month of March, 2012 through an Investor clinic’s agent Aditya Agarwal and Amit singh. He has provided many wrong information’s

                  At the time of booking like there was difference in base rate (BSP offer by Investor clinic is 3388000 @10% = 338800 and BSP offer by Amarpali is 3542000 @10 % = 354200), service tax etc also the yellow slip generated by Investor clinic and Amarpali is different . He followed with us every day every hour until and unless he got the cheque. He informed us that service tax applicable will be 2. 575 % if we book the flat before the first of april, he also gave us the signed copy which describes all the details of the payment, but somehow when the cheque got cleared and when we checked with Amarpali we came to know that the service tax deducted was 3. 09 % but as per the Aditya the service tax was 2.575, this was because of Aditya’s mistake as he submitted the form to Amarpali late somewhere around April 14, 2012 but we got the Yellow slip from Investor clinic on 2nd of April . Then we called him up and discussed the situation he completed backed by his words and said that he never said that service tax will be 2. 575 % but at the time of booking he calculated the total cost of flat with 2.575% service tax and ensure that is is fixed for throughout the payment cycle then we remind him about signed copy he has given to us then he agreed but not fully, then we went to Amarpali office to cancel the flat as there were many false statements made by Aditya during the deal, we also reported this matter to one of the IC agent we met in Amarpali’s office, he assured us that he will take care of it.

                  Somehow after 2 months Aditya made us agreed by saying that he will pay the difference in the service tax for the 10% amount which we gave as the booking amount from his brokerage which he will be getting from Amarpali and the rest we will have to pay, attached is the mail for your reference which he sent us saying the same. We made the payment of another 10% deducting the difference which was to be paid by Aditya (Investor clinic) to the Amarpali. We also informed the same to Aditya he said that it will be done soon but was never done. We are following up with him on the same since July, 2012 but no settlement done yet and now he has stopped responding our phone calls, sometimes when we call him he is ready to fight.

                  We are facing lot of problems because of this, the builder has demand for 20% more which has to be paid through bank loan but the loan will only be processed once we give them the receipt of the 20% payment which we have already made to Amarpali. This receipt is to be provided by Aditya on completing the remaining payment. Which he is denying to do.Now these people are saying that pay 20% more which will make the total amount paid to 40% to the builder then they will get the comission cheque from which they will pay the money ( hopefully ), this is just making fool of people and playing with their emotions

                  We would like to report this matter to some of your senior management member so that they can take the further action and Suggest us in this matter. Otherwise we will have to take forward this case legally as we have all the written proof with us ( which proves that the person/ company will have to pay the difference of the service tax for the entire cost of the flat or may be more ).

                  We booked a plot in country homes 2 through investor clinic. At the time of booking the agent dharmendra promised us a credit note of 1% of the total cost. Despite repeatedly following up with him on the same we did not get any response from him...eventually we came to know that he has left investor clinic and now investor clinic is denying us the 1% note stating that the employee is not with them...we are really distressed now since this previous boss Neeraj Sharma is not talking to us directly and passing messages through customer service agents that he is travelling.

                  and my brother Pushkar Singh had applied for 2 commercial shops in JAYPEE
                  Wishpoint on 7th April 2014 via your associate “Pramod”
                  mobile number:”[protected]”. we had given 2 applications along with 2
                  DD’s for the same. We were assured by him that we will get both the shops on
                  ground floor itself. Me, along with my brothers, sat at JAYPEE office for the
                  whole day just to be fooled by him that ours is the next allotment. But the
                  allotment was not done.


                  He
                  kept on fooling us for many days by saying that higher representatives of
                  investor clinic are in talks with JAYPEE people for our allotment. We kept
                  demanding our DD back but he kept on neglecting us.


                  On
                  2nd May he said that only 1 unit (G059) is
                  allotted on name of “Amritraj Singh” while 2nd application
                  was not allotted any unit. On asking him to return the other DD back he again
                  said he is still trying for it. But after several follow ups and visits to
                  investor clinic office we got 1 dd back on 20th May 2014.

                  2nd may
                  he asked to fill the confirmation form for G059 and send it to him which I sent
                  him on the same day. After that he assured us that JAYPEE will send us the
                  confirmation and letters of allotment on our address & email.


                  Post
                  that the associate has not been taking up the calls and postponing the things
                  stating one or the other reason(he in vacation or trip to office trip to Honk
                  Kong). Also I have not received any communication via email/post from JAYPEE
                  till last week.


                  So
                  this made us suspicious and we visited JAYPEE office on 27th June
                  2014. JAYPEE sales persons informed us that there is no allotment against our
                  application form. And DD was returned to Kamal from investor clinic way
                  back. We met Kamal who is representative for Investor clinic at JAYPEE office
                  on same day and was informed that DD was already returned to Investor Clinic
                  Associate.


                  We visited investor clinic office on 5th floor Tapasya Building,
                  Noida sector 126, where we met Varun Puri (Director) cabin #GC 3.
                  He assured us that we will get the DD back on Monday 30th June. We
                  have not received any update yet on when we can get our DD and application
                  back.

                    I have invested money with two builders thru Investors Clinic but now even after more than 2 months, I am not getting my money back. People are making false promises every day. They are not picking phone most of the time and take fancy excuses every time. They never return calls. I trusted them but now I feel that I am getting cheated.
