Investors Clinic — Cash given for project M3M Capital Walk but M3M denied for refund

HI I am Surender madan n my mobile no. is [protected] .I have booked shop in M3M Capital walk on 06/04/2023 through Investor clinic's Vikash gupta Gugraon branch. I have given amount 22, 63, 180 RS through check and 22. 75 lacs through cash n given to Vikash Gupta. I was searching for area up to 250 sq. feet which was in my budget but Vikash gupta asked to buy large as he will help to liquidate within one n half year. I have clearly told him that i have only this much of amount i don't have more money to invest in it. But he convinced me that he will liquidate it within one n half year. When shop was booked i came to know that he has booked anchor space not the lock n key. This is the first fraud he have done with me. After one year n half year i have sked to liquidate but he said it can not be liquidate now. Then he did not pick me calls nor answering on whatsapp. Now M3M asked for the remaining payment of 62 lacs which i don't have so asked for the cancellation . Thay said as per BBA 10% will be deducted i said ok but now i come to know that they are not considering cash amount they are saying that they don't have any cash record . Talk to investor clinic about this. I have proff of mail from Vikash gupta in which he clearly mentioned that he have recd. 22. 75 lacs Please refund my 22.75 lacs given to Vikash Gupta.
