[Resolved] Ion Exacense — Aquaguard purifier | |||||
I had done amc of my purifier with this company with my customer code of 29866 on 02/02/2018 for 3yrs till 02/02/2021 n tht contract had yearly 2 services with once in a year of filter changing, but so far thr hv been oly 3services 27/09/2018, 17/04/2019 & 04/11/2019 n once got purifier filter changed n now they hv been continuously troubling to send thr service person even after repeated of 100's of calls, since my aquaguard service which was due on may 20th is still not done, so i hence request to look into this matter n get this issue resolved as we r unable to use aquaguard from past 2months n filling drinking water from else where n getting myself n my aged parents troubled...
