Called them atleast 50 times today without any luck.FIrst call they have received and they said the technician will visit and later when i call them not picking the calls.Totally fedup with this kind of service.They have taken AMC money for 2 years but that is totally fraud.I called the original company support (Eureka Forbes ) and they confirmed Ion Exacense /Aqua Care is not their partner.

    I logged a call with Aquaguard for maintenance and installation, however the technician that came was from ion exacense, misrepresented saying they are Aquaguard service providers and took an AMC amount.
    The Aquaguard stopped working within 30 mins and on follow up with Eureka Forbes call center again, they informed that this was not their service provider, question is than how this company got the service request and our address and contact.

      These folks are so interested in making ppl take AMCs. They dress so well giving an impression that they are good technicians.. but for our first service the person came up, and he didn't wall mount the aqyaguard properly and that led to the back portion of the aquaguard in a broken state. So now the wall mounted is table mounted.

      Second service the person came to service and the red light never changed to green. It was still red for days. When we called them they said it is fine. We kept calling them and they never bothered to send a person to check it.

      Thirdly, recently 3 weeks our aquaguard stopped working.. we tried calling them and after 2 days they sent a person and said some chip has gone bad. Its been 2 weeks now, I have a 20k worth machine sitting at my home and I am paying for water everyday buying from outside. These ppl aren't even picking up the calls and answering properly. Everyday it has become a ritual to call them and all that they say is TOMORROW. and that tomorrow never comes. Dont know why on earth these ppl declare themselves as aquaguqrd service company with the worst customer care ppl, unable to even respond well conveying the issue or the delay or when the part will be available.

      If you are ready to wait days and months for a service and if you have ample time in your life to give them a call everyday, then you are good to go them.

      I want my money back. I prefer to pay directly to the aquaguard company everytime I need a service. I thought I made my life easier by opting for this AMC. I was absolutely wrong.

          Fully fraud Company.

          Taken AMC from this company who states to be authorized partner for Aqaua Sure (Eureka Forbes) filter.

          I have taken AMC on 30 Aug 2020, AMC copy is attached here. The service engineer changed filter cartage (A, M B, MH), C- ID 30 cartage was not available with him so he kept it pending and informed that he come next and change that also. Taken a sum of Rs 5550 as AMC.

          I keep calling for change the cartage but no one turn up. So i stopped calling. Surprisingly on 18.01.2021, service engineer came for inspection and he also did not bring the left out cartage just done the cleaning and left.

          Afterwards i keep calling the service center No [protected] and every day i got new commitment that engineer will come but no one turned up after several follow ups.

          Not able to use the filter after the AMC. The company has done fraud with me and not at all trust worthy.

            M/s Ion Exacense

            I express my utter disappointment due to unprofessional attitude from your side.

            1. I am surprised that you claimed to be M/s Eureka Forbes over phone when you spoke to me over phone.

            2. Based of your claim (which was false), I agreed to get genus+ water filter serviced.

            3. A technician, came serviced and sold a fake two year AMC with the promise that there will be 3 yearly visits and one time all filter change.

            4. I call up their customer care number, only to find that they pick my call after several attempts (obviously so, they intend to avoid my call). And when some one did speak, he abused me with foul words and threatened me of dire consequences. it turned out that it was my mistake that I considered M/s Ion as Dr Aquaguard!

            In summary, it appears that M/s Ion are just cheating unsuspecting customers by falsely claiming that they are M/s Eureka Forbes, and providing very unprofessional service at a high price.

              We called Eureka Forbes and some how these fraudsters visited the house saying they were from Eureka Forbes. They pushed us to buy a AMC contract and we got carried away and purchased it. After that when we called them for 1st Service they are not responding and not even answering the call. We are sure that they have cheated us and they have a fraud website that does not work and is not in existence.

                I am using Aqua Care water Purifier Nano RO from Past 4 years.

                When I booked my last service on 02/02/2020 person from ION Exacense has visited my property and made an insurance for 2 years charging 8000 rupees. After making 1000 calls on 9th June '21 there have sent one technician who has changed only 2 filter inside and left.

                From then till no water is getting continuous leak and water taste is gone and every one in family has got thorough pain. When i complain your office number [protected] and [protected] there never receive my call after knowing my issue now there disconnect my call directly. Request you to please check this and take action appropriately.

                  We have taken AMC with ION EXACENSE (Aquacare) by paying 5300 and it is not working. They claim to be Aquaguard original but NOT Really.
                  we have requested multiple times, but response was lockdown. post lockdown also daily we have to request and finally yesterday Service technician comes and talks very rudely says motor to be changed. And company representatives say it is not part of AMC and amount to be paid which is very disappointing.

                  www.ionexacense.com they provide in the bill and could not find any working such internet website. FALSE Information

                  It is clear indication of cheating and torturing the customers and making them wait for full day and no technician turns up.
                  we request the issue to be fixed or refund the amount.

                    I had taken 1year AMC on NOV 2020 for my Aquaguard RO product. When at the time of AMC the service engineer said it will come 2 free service with one filter change. After the AMC processed I called customer care for first free service but they are not sending any engineer for doing the service. Whenever we called customer case they simply say will send engineer within 24 hours but no body came still for servicing. So looks like they are fraud company and their AMC quote are Forgery. Can you pls some one help how to make legal compliant on this fraud company

                      I have taken AMC for water purifier from ION Exacense which was valid till 12/06/2022. I had issues with my water purifier and when i called them they responded saying AMC expired and the service is chargeable. On their service earlier itself i was very unsatisfactory as they were not responding and not servicign on time and purifier leaks within hours of service.
                      Now having issues with AMC, i called them and those female staffs at ION Exacensce Office did not responded to me well and infact spoke with disrespect. They also threatened me to do whatever i want.
                      ION Exacense is not an authorised agency for Aqua Guard and guys please do not entertain any of their services.
                      Request all to be very careful and not to get into their trap.
                      I will be immediately raising an complaint against them in Consumer Forum as well as Police Station. Please support me in this.

                        I was contacted by this company that they are calling from Eureka Forbes, they handle Annual Maintenance Contracts. Ripped me off for 9250 for 2 year filter replacement contract. Filters are not in good quality. Company's toll free number is not getting connected when I reached out to them for a filter replacement.

                        Can someone please take a serious look at these fraud companies and help people not becoming a victim for them.

                          I was approached by aquacare from ION exacense for aquaguard filter service when they claimed they are a sister company to aquaguard n replaced all d filters n got d 2-year AMC done and charged me rs. 9350. Three months later when aquaguard service personnel approaced for routine service, they notified me about unbranded filters installed by aquacare people n indicated about the buildup of carbon deposits.. Four months since filter placement, my water filter ceased to function completely. Despite constant attempts, Customer support has only been assuring me that d service request has been raised and d service person will follow up very shotly, but no sign of him for over a week now. I feel cheated n need help in order to sue them. I still have d unbranded filters with me for proof sake along with their amc receipt.

                            I have been called in the name of Eureka Forbes water purifier service and the service person came and removed the pipe and changed some filter telling its worn out. I had just purchased the water purifier 2months ago. They called and insisted for general check up and collect money from me.

                              Ion Exacense Pvt limited with the name of Aquasure called me posing as Eureka forbes and got my AMC renewed for 2 years for my Aquaguard Reviva RO water purifier. I paid an amount of 8530/- on[protected]Invoice attached). During this time, they replaced Eureka Forbes branded filter units with locally made cheap cartridges. After 25 days, I realized that the taste of water had become salty for which I again called these people and during that time they said that they had forgotten to replace the Carbon filter then. By the end of February, the unit started leaking and when I called the engineer, he said that the pump has gone bad and wanted to replace with a used and unbranded pump. I refused to change it and called Eureka Forbes. The Eureka Forbes engineer certified that the filters are of low quality and can lead to health issues as we used hard water at our place. I want a full refund of what I have paid to this organization, as because of their sub-standard products and services our health is at risk at these COVID times.

                                We have taken AMC for 2 years for aqua guard paying Rs 5175 on Dec 12 - 2019. So far no one has come for service. I have complained on 23rs January - received sms with ticket I'd 169952 for customer id 50889. Still no one attended. Today I again called toll free no [protected] execuotve sneha picked the call and she didn't have any justification for not attending the service - further she has the audacity to ask me to have patience!! I need my AMC money to be paid back - in addition, inconvenience charges also to be paid.

                                  After lot of follow ups, their Servicing your personnel arrived for servicing and replaced the 2 filters of the Water Purifier. However subsequent to this, within less than a fortnight of his service, the Water Filter stopped working again and I raised a service request to them on 20 Nov 2020 and was promised to have the same rectified the next day. When I did not receive any response even after 2 days, having no other way out, I approached Eureka Forbes directly and they sent their service personnel for the rectification work. The below points were brought to my notice by the Eureka Forbes personnel after the servicing is done :

                                  1) The filters replaced by Ion Exacense personnel is not compatible with the Water Purifier being used by us.
                                  2) Ion Exacense personnel had removed the original sensors from the old filter during replacement of the filter and did not replace it back on the new filter.
                                  3) Since the filters replaced by Ion Exacense personnel did not have the sensors, the filter had stopped working. Hence Eureka Forbes person had to replace Ion Exacense filters with a a new authentic ones, with sensors.
                                  I now had to pay a sum of Rs. 3, 700 to Eureka Forbes for the above work.
                                  There is no response from Ion Exacense on the cause for this

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, When the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of my Aqauguard water purifier was finished, I called Eureka Forbes number for service and AMC extension but someone else has come in (From Ion Excense) wearing the same uniform, producing the same invoice but has put in FAKE filter candles into the water purifier. He even took INR 6250 from me in the pretext of AMC. The Euerka Forbes team is now calling me again saying the AMC is not renewed. The Ion Excense phone number is not reachable.                                     Their service number is never reachable.. They are cheating innocent people. Please register my complaint - I am requesting a refund of my amount and action against them for faking themselves as Eureka Forbes technicians when they talk to people.

                                      I got a call from Eureka Forbes for service purpose and I accepted for service. When service man came and did service all was ok. And I paid 350rs for service and the service did the service and went off. After 30min the filter started linking so I was trying to call the service man but he didn't pickup. And I registered complaint in Eureka Forbes and they said it will take 2 days to assign service and I asked them while they called us for service then they didn't take 3 hours to come to my home but while registering complain they said it will take 2 days and it was so unfair for me. I waited for 5 hours but they didn't come so I called urban compay which is different company and they did the service and here I had to pay 1200 rs for filter fixing and the filter had a hole which was done manually by Ion Exacense company .So, here my loss if 1200+350rs . I want justice and I want double the amout which I lost. I'm writing this complain because I believe this issue will get resolved soon. Please help me.

                                        I had taken amc of 2 years from this company by paying rs.8200.
                                        First year, they replaced the filters and it worked for few months. Then it started giving issues. Now one complete year of the amc is remaining.
                                        But they have put duplicate chip for the filters and they are not at all working.

                                        Its been one month i have been calling them no response.
                                        I have been buying water from outside even though i have paid them for the amc of 2 years.

                                        My aquaguard filters have stopped working completely and i had contacted eureka forbes, they told i need to buy new filters as these have got spoiled because o[censored]sing duplicate filter and parts.

                                        I request for refund of the amc amount and also cost of the filters as they are new filters for which i had paid around rs. 18000 which have stopped working. And now i need to buy new filters.

                                        Request you to please provide help in getting the resolution for this issue.

                                          I had done amc of my purifier with this company with my customer code of 29866 on 02/02/2018 for 3yrs till 02/02/2021 n tht contract had yearly 2 services with once in a year of filter changing, but so far thr hv been oly 3services 27/09/2018, 17/04/2019 & 04/11/2019 n once got purifier filter changed n now they hv been continuously troubling to send thr service person even after repeated of 100's of calls, since my aquaguard service which was due on may 20th is still not done, so i hence request to look into this matter n get this issue resolved as we r unable to use aquaguard from past 2months n filling drinking water from else where n getting myself n my aged parents troubled...

                                            We had purchased dr. Acquaguard water purifier from eureka forbes about 3 years ago. After the completion of one year their technician recommended us to go for amc with acquacare (Ion exacense) telling that both companies are partners and take care of amc services for acquaguard products. Last year during nov. One technician came to attend to annual maintenance and after servicing the system he left and asked us to get the water filter changed by april this year. But due to corona issue no one was able to attend to the problem. After repeated calls to customer care number provided on the amc card one technician by name diwakar came and replaced the filters. I am not sure if the filters are genuine or not. But they are claiming that it is branded but their product. He had noticed one issue before leaving that the sensor had gone bad and he promised to come next day and get it replaced. But so far, even after 2 weeks he has not turned up the system is displaying some error code also for which he said one central unit inside needs to be replaced. The customer care personnel give the dates for servicing but no one is turning up. Eureka forbes personnel are disowning this company now.
                                            Pls do not entertain ION Exacense for Aquaguard service as they not genuine eureka Forbes company..they are called Forbes technology & are a fake company claiming to be a third party company whom eureka Forbes has outsourced the job of servicing your Aquaguard..I was saved just in time by getting cheated by them when they asked me to provide a blank cheque & they will fill in the details..when I said I won’t do that they asked me to give a cheque in the name of ION exacense & not eureka Forbes..the filters they were replacing were also not genuine eureka Forbes filters..I asked the technician to stop the work & leave..so pls be very very careful be allowing any technician for servicing your Aquaguard from entering your house unless he has a valid ID from eureka Forbes..the service technician who came to my house is HARISH.

                                              Ion exacense identified identified themselves as aquaguard.
                                              I purchased a water filter ro and uv process and signed amc for 8000 rs.
                                              Amc was valid for two years upto 2021.
                                              No one called there after for one year. Water filter began to leak. I called helpline. The telecaller never answers most of the time. Sometimes with some luck the call is taken and technician visit is promised. Nono e turns up. It's a huge fraud on public. The company is a fraud. Beware

                                                Sub: Pathetic Service

                                                I raised a complaint about my Aquaguard Water Purifier not working on 16th June 2020. A technician visited and mentioned that there's a circuit problem and he will visit the next day to rectify. Since then, in spite of repeated calls everyday, I haven't had any technician visit and solve the problem. I have been calling the supposed help line number [protected] multiple times everyday and the customer care executive tells me that she will send a technician. This has been ongoing for the last 10 days. I have opted for an AMC ( Client ID: 371731 ) for 3 years and I am alarmed at the pathetic service I am getting.

                                                  I called Aquaguard customer care to buy AMC and after a while I got a call back saying if you enquired about AMC and all details were correct as if this company tapped my phone call which I made to Eureka Forbes. Then the technician came and he checked the Aquaguard and said these filters need to be replaced and its covered in AMC. I asked him to ahead. I asked and reconfirmed with him if he is from Eureka Forbes Aquaguard company. He said Yes. When he gave me the receipt, it was from Aqua Care Insurance. When I asked him whats this, he explained that Aquaguard operates their services with Aquacare and we are the one who provide the services.

                                                  With in a month i got a problem and i have compiled to them and they took the complaint but no one is attending. Later i got to know that Aquaguard is not doing service over Aquacare. This is the cheating done by Aquacare .

                                                  These fraudsters should be sued by Eureka Forbes or legal entity should take some strict action against this fraud company.

                                                  This is completely fooling customers.

                                                  I have paid 9000/- vai gplay to him to get 2 years EMC. I request consumer team to help me and recover my fee and also make sure that this fraud company should be closed and pusished.

                                                    No service request s are being accepted inspite of repeated calls, i think company is trying to cheat us, my machine is not functioning, there is water leakage since saturday, still waiting for the service person to visit. When taking amount they make repeated calls, but when it comes to provide service, they disconnect our calls.

                                                      I had purchased eureka forbes aquaguard genius+ last year march-2019. Got a call from ionexacense guys in march-2020 saying that there are from eureka forbes telling me that my water purifier service is due. God knows from where these people get contact information. I thought they were from eureka forbes company but only a couple of days back i came to know that they are just a service center. Thinking that they are from eureka forbes company i agreed from service and promptly an engineer named mr. Jaswant visited my place on 21-mar-2020 (Saturday). He explained me regarding amc option which would cost me around ₹7000 for 2 years. I agreed to take amc and paid him ₹7000 in cash for which he gave me a receipt. After checking the machine he said to replace the filter. Since he had not got the required spare filter he said he would come back next day, i. E, 22-mar-2020 (Sunday) since that day prime minister mr. Modi had called for janta curfew, as a true indian i told him to come on 23-mar-2020 (Monday). After that lockdown started, no one bothered to call me to inform that an engineer would visit after lockdown is lifted. Once lockdown was released to some extent i tried calling the engineer’s mobile no. And ionexacense call center but no response. Fortunately once a lady received my call on the engineer’s mobile and she said since all engineers have gone to their native, she wil arrange to send someone after 10-may-2020. After 10th may i am trying to call mobile and call center no. But mobile is switched off and call center no. Does not work. I want my money to be refunded at the earliest or else i would go to consumer court.

                                                        We have got 2 yrs AMC with the company for our aqua guard water filter. They have failed to provide the required service even after multiple requests over the Phone and a written email request.

                                                          This is the worst company for servicing aquaguard.
                                                          I had an issue 1 month back where the filtering was not going beyond 1 litre of water, after complaining the service guy (Name : diwakar) told that the candles need to be replaced and took 4, 800 rs.
                                                          Now did that fix the issue, no, there was a new issue the next day where the filter stopped working completely and started to give just 1 glass of "hot" water.
                                                          Oh and now, made 100's of calls and begged this great company to send the service guy and fix the issue.
                                                          After almost 3 weeks, an another guy came (Name : nagesh gowda) and told the battery needs to be replaced and charged 3, 500/- for the same.
                                                          Now did that fix the issue, no, now the 1st issue came back again where the flitering was not going beyond 1 litre of water.
                                                          Now i have been calling 10 times per day, and the response these people give is they will send a guy in an hour. I think in their case 1 hour is 1 week?.

                                                          I have call recordings and all the bills charged by these people and will be filing a case very soon.
                                                          I have done complaint to this company before one week still they are not able to attend the complaint every day when I call to this company they will that we will rectify this by today evening. But still today no one has come.

                                                            I have spoken to a customer care executive of yours - Shruti. She was extremely rude and did not provide us with a solution. She showed no empathy and was not willing to help at all. We have signed an AMC for 2 years from 22/1/18 till 22/1/20 - during this time, we have not been receiving regular maintenance check ups. Our water filter is extremely dirty as the maintenance people have only serviced our filters once this year. We were due for two more service by Dec 2019 before our contract ends.
                                                            We were trying to make her understand that we are looking for her to send someone to give us our service that we have paid for and she would not try to understand that we are entitled to the service.
