Ion Exacense — Worst service ever

These folks are so interested in making ppl take AMCs. They dress so well giving an impression that they are good technicians.. but for our first service the person came up, and he didn't wall mount the aqyaguard properly and that led to the back portion of the aquaguard in a broken state. So now the wall mounted is table mounted.

Second service the person came to service and the red light never changed to green. It was still red for days. When we called them they said it is fine. We kept calling them and they never bothered to send a person to check it.

Thirdly, recently 3 weeks our aquaguard stopped working.. we tried calling them and after 2 days they sent a person and said some chip has gone bad. Its been 2 weeks now, I have a 20k worth machine sitting at my home and I am paying for water everyday buying from outside. These ppl aren't even picking up the calls and answering properly. Everyday it has become a ritual to call them and all that they say is TOMORROW. and that tomorrow never comes. Dont know why on earth these ppl declare themselves as aquaguqrd service company with the worst customer care ppl, unable to even respond well conveying the issue or the delay or when the part will be available.

If you are ready to wait days and months for a service and if you have ample time in your life to give them a call everyday, then you are good to go them.

I want my money back. I prefer to pay directly to the aquaguard company everytime I need a service. I thought I made my life easier by opting for this AMC. I was absolutely wrong.
