This is to inform that, i have purchased amc from you company (Aquacare).
With the receipt number : 18696.

It came with 2 years warranty

From : 24/07/2019
To : 24/07/2021

I received a call from your support center on 19th january - sunday - saying that they would send an engineer to repair the water purifier.
After the phone call, till date none of engineer came to my house for repair.
Today my dr. Aquaguard water purifier stopped working.

When i called up your help line [protected], i spoke to divya and she informed that she will send engg on monday.
Couple of month i had the same issue and the engineer did not come on monday. I had to follow up again on monday and engineer came on tuesday.
Even this time i was promised that, they would send engg on monday and hung up the phone on my face.

I had to call back again and spoke to her mentor/team-leader.
I spoke to vinod, and the he way he spoke to me so very very rude.
I explained my problem, and shared my experience after purchasing the amc from aquacare.
I asked him, what should i do if i dont get any engineer on monday as promised by divya.
He said on a high pitch tone that he will not send any engineer on monday - do what ever i can do and hung up the phone on me.

We trusted you and purchased the amc thinking that we would get good/satisfy support.
This kind of behavior and support will not satisfy any customers.
