Sub: Pathetic Service
I raised a complaint about my Aquaguard Water Purifier not working on 16th June 2020. A technician visited and mentioned that there's a circuit problem and he will visit the next day to rectify. Since then, in spite of repeated calls everyday, I haven't had any technician visit and solve the problem. I have been calling the supposed help line number [protected] multiple times everyday and the customer care executive tells me that she will send a technician. This has been ongoing for the last 10 days. I have opted for an AMC ( Client ID: 371731 ) for 3 years and I am alarmed at the pathetic service I am getting. Was this information helpful? |
