ION Exacense customer toll-free number also not working nowadays. I have tried many times no one picked up. My filter is not working I got tired of getting to reach you, I have bought AMC on 23/11/2019 for 3 years, they supposed to replace the filter every year as per norms after that they have not called me. My customer ID:46533.

The control lever of the water softener is leaking, since February. The engineers come and do the job in a manner that the leakage stops temporarily. I have paid for comprehensive maintenance contract and I feel that the part should be changed. The engineer was supposed to come today, but now he is communicating that he will come tomorrow. From their working I gather that they have only one qualified engineer for Uttar Pradesh, as some persons sent by the company, say that they are unable to solve the problem.

I Have Eureka Forbes water purifier and I have purchased the AMC of (Invoice 22582) for RO water purifier regular maintenance and cleaning to get good quality of water on[protected] but since last 1 month I have been trying to call them on the customer care number & also the ION Executive person who visited has provided his number on the bill but tried calling there is not response atal & finally tried visiting the located address as well but the company does not exist in that location. This is very disgusting I feel that they are cheating the public people by providing the fake AMC Bills by charging huge amount. I would like to file a complaint against ION Exchange India Ltd. in consumer court for their non-obligation to AMC and ignorance. Let me know if you need any other details to file a complaint.

I bought a new zerob water purifier. They delivered a faulty product and it is giving dirty water from the beginning. When i raised issue with them, they are asking for money to correct it. I told them it is on warrenty period but they only care about money and are not ready to fix their issue.

Please don't use their products otherwise you will regret it for rest of your life.

Company didnt provide any service during covid 19 and now also lots of delays. Also the company want to make money taking advantage of covid without providing any service and is not willing to extend the corresponding period of contract as well. When contacted, the staff abruptly and rudely refused even to consider the request for contract extension.

I paid rs 8500 for the amc.
Since the amc started, only twice persons visited.
Only once the filter was replaced.
The last visit was on 24/6/2019 and during this visit, just inspected and left.
After the last visit, no one visited for servicing, but many calls were made, if the person visited and provided the service and each time we patiently replied that we were waiting for the person to come and believing that, service person one day would definitely make a visit.
Our hard earned money is going into drain and still no one visited or made any calls.
This has caused both monetary loss (Especially during the pandemic, salary cuts and job security is in threat) as well mental agony.
We need money to be returned for one year in which no service is done or the service to be voluntarily extended for one more year, without any further charges, but provided company gives written assurance that service men will surely make a visit.

This is regarding the transaction that has happened on 28th june20 of Amount of 9250/-,
Initially we have got a call from one of your company person saying that they are from Authorised Aquaguard, we were
told that you are providing services to Aquaguard but after doing this transaction we came to know that it's not an
Aquaguard company but its some Ion Exacense Pvt Ltd, By the time when came to know that its some fraud company, we
have called next day immediately and requested to cancel this transaction and refund our money back but we didn't get
any proper response from them .F

Sir, iam a resident of kendriya vihar phase-2, paruthupattu avadi, chennai-600071.in side kendriya vihar almost 100 dogs are there. These dogs are chasing kids, peeing everywhere, biting bike seats, night time barking. Due to this we residents are facing huge problems. Pleass catch dogs at the earliest.

Pre. filter bowl cracked from bottom, water leakage started.
Poor quality of material.

Purchased the product on 14.10.2019, from royal blue multitrade pvt ltd, the product not working since may 2020,
even after giving several complaints, no one attended the complaint or responded. You are requested to attend the complaint at the earliest and also extend the warranty period of the non-working and non- service period. Hope to get a positive reply in the matter at the earliest.

My customer id is daksha_shah. I have raised the complaint on 27th april, 2020 that my interent is not working due to los light is red but i didn't get any response that day. Next day on 28th april, 2020 i followed back and then after 1p. M one technician came and went saying he will come in sometime. After 2 hours i had to call him back then he came back and said my wire is broken so i had to pay rs.300 for new wire but the wire was broken on the terrace due to their fault yet they were forcing me to pay for the same and went without solving the promblem.

It's number 1 fraud company. They claim that they are authorized service provider from eureka forbes /acqua guard and get the amc. I have taken 2 year amc. They are not giving any service and not changing the filters. Whenever i called customer care they always tell technician will come tomorrow. I have followed 3 months daily but they didn't turn up.

I abhilash jhariya was using ion for last 8 years and then stopped the recharge for last 5 months due to worst service issues. Then they called saying thay plz use our fiber service and then installed the device in 8th jan 2020
And till today no service and when i asked to talk to the senior management then no call response and said that cannot connect

From ion exacense pvt ltd # 74, 2nd floor, 30th cross, 4th block, jayanagar, bangalore - 560011 they came to my house on 6 may 2018 and made insurance for 5 years they collected 8, 000 rupees from 8th november 2019 friday i am calling for service today 11 nove 2019, there is 24x7 hlepline : [protected] its not working & www.ionexacense.com also not available, our insurance made by shiva : [protected] he also not available,
Vindo : [protected] this person from friday he is laying, i asked for return our insurance money 8, 000 rupees also no response and no service also. Government should ban this company and put this company ceo and employees to jail.

I purchased zero b (Wave) from ion exchange ltd, naraina, delhi on 23 jan 2019. Within 2 months i started facing issues. I filled several complaints. Everytime service person comes and exchange some or the other part of it. Why do we buy a new product? To face problem every month? Its high time now, soon my warranty period will end and afterwards i will be charged for calling a service person. It is a fake faulty product which i have received because i have been zero b's customer for 15 years. I was using pristine earlier. Why would a new fresh machine of water purifier give so much of trouble that too after being repaired for more than 5 times with in its initial 6 months. Some unethical behaviour by customer care representative also faced. Is there any permanent fixed solution to it?

I have entered into amc contract for a period of two years from 24.03.2019 to 24.03.2021. I have paid rs. 9200/- as amc contract fee. Receipt no is 16957 . Till today no person has visited for giving amc services. They have not attend my complaint for rectifying the problem. I have tried calling help line [protected] several times but it gets disconnected. There is no alternate contact numbers also.
This company has given us false assurance that they are from eureka forbes and we believed them. We have lost so much of money.
Services given by them is worst. Now the water filter is not working. We are not able to contact the company for even booking our complaint.
i want to raise a case against this company.

My sister Mrs. CLARKE ROSALIND resident of 502, Gwalior Road, Civil lines, Jhansi-284003 purchased ONE Acre of Agricultural land from Ion Exchange Enviro Farms on 28th July, 1997, situated at Undorna Village, Molcornem Taluka, Dist. Quepem, Goa.

She paid in full Rs. 3, 25, 000 (3 lakhs, twenty five thousand rupees ).

It has been 22 years and the land has not been registered /transferred till date. The reason given was it is forest land.
We have asked Ion Exchange Enviro Farms repeatedly to allot an alternate plot of land in their other projects, which appear to be flourishing but they do not respond. After 22 years, this is fraud on a huge scale! Ion Exchange is a reputed company, over 100 years old.

I bought aquacare insurance amc for 2 years for my aquaguard uv water purifier in october 2017 at bangalore from the field personnel of aquaguard and ion exacense pvt ltd, who had visited home. Insurance card no. 425 hrbr layout;client id - 25925;name: sudha sg ; registered phone no [protected]. Under the amc they were supposed to provide service every 6 months under which they are obliged to replace the filter and do maintenance works for the said purifier. However nobody has turned up so far despite one full year elapsing from the contract date. Repeated calls to their 24 hrs help line [protected] has only elicited false promises of service within next 24hrs but in reality nothing has happened. Nobody has turned up to deliver the promised service. It seems like these are fraud people fooling several customers like me. Please let me know as to how to make them deliver on their promises and not cheat us like this.

I have already issued cheque for rs. 4, 660/- towards comprehensive annual maintenance contract.

Sorry to say, i have not yet received amc documents and receipt of payment made alongwith kit.

Please look into the matter and

Hi i had bought amc with ion exacense. First of all they claim to be from aqua guard which is hot and the material they use is not at all original and every now and then there are issues with water purifier and if i call the customer care number[protected] they are very rude and don’t even take complaint. Very bad behaviour from these people and they have screwed my water purifier. My consumer number is 10235
