I purchased water softener in april 2017 for rs 80000/-, i am not getting any service even after paying rs.9600 for the contract in the month of may 2017. I have not been given demo of the product as well till date.
I have been constantly doing followups with the service agent but the is not providing service, the company is also not taking the complain seriously and they close the complain even if it unresolved.
Recent complain number [protected].
I have my money back the full amount along the contract amount given to om enterprise.
I would strongly recommend not to buy products from om enterprise, and think many time before you invest in ion exchange products as they don't provide service.

    I had bought a 25 lph skid r. O. From ionexchange zerob on 30/06/2017.
    I had received a quotation that said we will get all filters under guarantee for 6 months.
    The membrane choked in a month. They changed it after 20 days (But the time they should have taken is 48 hours)
    Now after one month again the membrane have choked and they have not changed the membrane till yet.
    I have filed a complaint with ionexchange to which i got a service message:
    "thanks for calling zero b helpdesk; your complaint no. [protected] will be attended by sangam enterprise - [protected] at the earliest."

    I want either they replace the faulty machine or refund back my money.
    Kindly look into the matter.

      Dear sir,
      We have placed a request for the service on 8th aug 2017 with complaints no:[protected].. Without attending the complaint i recvd satisfaction message from ur service centre.
      Again we reminded on 15th aug we got another complaint number [protected] and even today on 19th aug 2017, nobody has responded, ur local service provider usha water purifier not at all bothering to pick up our call. Worst experience so far...
      But still we have not got our service. Again and again customer care is saying our representative will visit but nobody is visiting... Now i am helpless..
      Personally i am not going to recommend this product or it's amc to anybody...
      Further thinking of legal action on this..

        Dear sir,
        We have placed a request for the service on 18th may2017 with service no:[protected]. Again we reminded on 28th may and even today on 1st june 2017. But still we have not got our service. Even yearly once the 3 filters need to be replaced, but these people are replacing only 2. Even earlier too, i had raised a compliant on this - thanmay enterprises. But the practice remains the same. Even the customer care of ion exchange is helpless.

        This complaint is about ION broadband Kandivali West. These guys just cheated and robbed us by taking money for an entire year for internet connection. Have registered 15 complaints in the last 30 days. Rajamony was the person whom we paid our money to. Please beware of such people and join us to drag them to court.

          Initial complaint was lodged on 10th Jan 2017 and was attended on 11th Jan . The prefilter was not functioning but as this part was not available so they connected it directly to the RO system.
          On 2nd February 17, they brought prefilter candle and changed but since then the machine is not working . 2 previous complaints number [protected] and second complaint number [protected] are pending for last 2 weeks. Inspite of repeated calls to customer care on[protected] no action has been taken tilldate.
          ION Exchange India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          As the RO is not working kindly change the present unit with a new unit.
          I sincerly advice you not to buy this product and get traped and waste your money . It's the most inefficient and useless product ever made . After sales does not exist in this company. Buying this product would be the worst decision u would ever make. So..

            Hi,

            I had taken an AMC from ION Exchange for Aqua Guard Magna Model on 9th July 2016, for Rs.4830.

            They forgot to do a service in the following quarter. In Feb they did a service and that seem to be incomplete. Even after calling them several times, they fail to send the service person. I have to call every week and remind them. Every week they do not send the person.

            Today I spoke with Vinod - Manager (That is what the lady mentioned whom I spoke with) . He has promised to send the person tomorrow 19th Feb.

            Request you to send the person. There is no responsiveness t the AMC of such high amount they have taken.

            Appreciate if you consider this complaint and attend to it.

            This organization don't have sense to provide installation service After selling machine.
            Once money deposited in their account, they treat customer as a ghost.
            They don't provide installation. They don't attend service request.
            Time and Money wasting organization.

              Hello Team,
              I have got Ion exchange filter set up for my home, NGMF30 and NGS3B on 30.09.2015.
              But the system is not functioning from last 6 months and the customer care of the Ion exchange is really bad, they are not helping me out in any way, they are just charging money from me.
              I have given 6000 rupees for valve repair and service charge, now they are saying the raisin NH 225 has been solidified, the appointed our society plumber to sell there product in my society called Kinkar, and he use to get some commission in that, and he left on one fine day. Nobody is here to take care of my filter.
              I am really facing problem regarding this.

                Hello sir

                I have purchased one year contract for water filter with your company. A person came and checked today and said machine is working fine but water is still not coming.

                I request you to send a service guy to repair water filter immediately. We are buying water from outside to meet daily needs.

                Please send somebody immediately.
                We have called multiple times on all the number available with us. Nobody picks up. Email bounces.
                Please consider this important, call and fix appointment.

                  A pristine filter installed at

                  has not been working for two days.
                  The service has not been made for a long time although we paid for service contract. Please, provide service at the earliest and honor the service contract.

                    I got a call from [protected] and the lady said she is aquagaurd. She said there is an annual maintenance required for water purifier. Then one field person came and replaced with a duplicate candle and asked to transfer 1300 to the account. I transferred the money. Today actual person from aquagaurd came and said that the candle is duplicate. Please help me to get my money back.

                      4 years we are using this machine, this time the service person has changed all the filters and asked us to take the yearly maintenance of ₹. 7000/- appox. From the day they have serviced the unit am not getting the water from the machine. have complained more then 15 times but no proper response. the service person has done service 4 times in a month but no proper result.

                        I had requested for the third and final servicing of my zero b ultima 7 before expiry of emc period. Nobody came for this. On the other hand, i received the msg on my regd mobile that my above complaint is resolved and is closed now. Two days back i recd a confirmatory call from centre if i am ok with service when i told that no one has visited. The calling person assured me that some one will soon visit but no one came. This is highly deteriorating state of service from your company. Emc rates have been increased, no change of candles is done on every servicing now and now even on calling mechanics do not visit. Very disgusting. Pl see i am with your company since 2009

                          I have taken 2 years service contract from Ion Exchange but they are not honouring service contract at all. I have been calling them for over 10 days. First they don't register the complaint and then finally they registered the complaint the service person is not visiting the house to service the complaint.

                          In the previous service 6 months ago they charged about 1000 INR even after the service contact of 7200 INR (for 2 Years). I regret taking service contract from such a unprofessional and unethical company. The terms and condition are not transparent at all. They would first make enter the contract and then dictate terms.

                          Can you help get the money back from the company.

                            Hi,

                            I applied for ion connection on 11th of june 2016 with the sales person assuring me that the connection will provided within 72 hours. They collected a amount of 1539.

                            It is been two weeks and still the connection is not fixed.

                            They have not even bothered to call me and provide the status.
                            I have tried calling them numerous time but the response i get is that they will fix the connection by 2 hours and again it is the same story.

                            Even for refunding the amount they are telling stories.

                                We are using ZERO B water purifier which is not working from last one week. We registered the complaint last week with the company . Even after calling different people for service no one took the responsibility to solve our issue.The product is under AMC and we paid 4800 rupees for this.This company is not providing proper service to customers.

                                  ION Exchange team called again and again, we are the recognised service providers for the Aqua Gaurd Water Filters. We didnot know the real fact, accepted and paid Rs. 4800/-. Instead of AquaGaurd original filters they have placed some other filters.

                                  Accidently we called for the AquaGaurd people for the servicing, came to know, we have fooled.

                                  Called Mr. Prasad ([protected])/Uday([protected])/Arnab([protected])/Customer Care[protected] regarding this, Prasad agreed to replace, then went to office, spoke to Mr. Uday, he told will be replaced in a day.

                                  Water Taste (TDS) went very bad meanwhile, called these people, there is no resolution till.

                                  I need the AquaGaurd Water filters, then I will confirm the TDS + all other parameters with AquaGaurd People.

                                  I have the bills with me, please help us to resolve this. Water is main thing in our daily life, if it affects our family health who will be responsible.

                                  Mentioned AquaGaurd it's Ureka Forbes aquagaurd.
                                  I was cheated by ION Exacense person pertaining as from Eurekaforbe, they replaced my candle which not servered for 2 months, these guys are fake, they have Eurekaforbe customer database and call you. Becareful. This company is fraud company.

                                      I have taken a new Broadband Internet connection from ION (D-VoiS ION Broadband) on 06/02/2016(Saturday).
                                      Your response was very bad and only that day internet was working after that
                                      it is not working. I have lodge a Complaint regarding this from my register number [protected] but your customer care are not providing any satisfactory answer. they are miss-behaving with me.

                                      Please look this matter as early as possible otherwise I have option to take any legal action against your company.

                                      As I am very disappointed the kind of serves provided by you therefore I never suggest to any one to go with ION. It is very worst serves provider, manner-less behavior
