My vehicle number is ts13ek9022. I am a professor working at professor jayashankar telanagana state agricultural university. I travel on orr daily. From nanakaram guda tool palaza to rajendranagar and vice versa. Recently i am noticing due some problem at the toll plaza the boom barrier is opened but fastag is not identified properly at the entry level, as a result an amount of rs 60 is deducted at the exit level instead of rs 20.
As the equipment related to identification is problematic or unskilled people are employed for this purpose due to which these problems are happening, please see that it is rectified.

Updated by K Suhasini Ensure proper functioning of fastag at Hyderabad, ORR Rajendranagar and Nanakramguda Toll plaza which is deducting huge amounts creating loss to customer. This is due to unskilled people entrusted with the job and improper equipment.
