[Resolved] IRB Infrastructure — double payment collected at toll

Hello sir / madam, Today 2/11/2018 i was travelling mumbai to pune on mumbai-pune express way. At talegaon toll, i was told etc is not working please pay cash. Thus i paid cash 230/-. At talegoan toll i showed my cash receipt of 230/- and moved on towards pune. Within 15-20 min i received message on mobile that rs. 173/- is deducted from my account as charges of tool at talegaon thru etc. I think so they are doing purposefully. Thus i am charged rs 173/- when i was not supposed to be charged anything at talegaon. Will irb provide refund of this amount? Regards, Vivek trading co +1 photos Was this information helpful? Pursuant to expiry of concession period for Mumbai-Pune Expressway, we have already handed over project to MSRDC on 10/8/2019. The incident forwarded to us is subsequent to our handing over of project to MSRDC and therefore we express our inability to comment on same. 2.
