[Resolved] IRB Infrastructure — excess deduction on fastag, for fault of entry equipment and staff | |||
Today morning i travelled from gachibowli to tspa junction, and my fastag was charged rs 50/-, against the normal charge of rs 20/-. If this has happened due to any error of equipment at entry, or due to unskilled staff who waved to enter the lane - is it my mistake? Why should i be penalised? It is a pathetic system!
