IRB Infrastructure — Excess toll tax deducted from my Fastag | |||
Hello, I am Dnyaneshwar Kolapkar traveled trough Chandloi/Rajgurunagar toll plaza in Car No MH 14 EC 4698 on date 6 June 2021. The toll deducted from my Fastag account is RS 37, I traveled single journy and they charge me return toll tax as it is Rs 25 for single journy, so I request you for refund of excess RS 12 to my Fastag account. Further I want a clarification regarding exemption for toll as I have traveled multiple times trough this toll plaza and never paid any toll before, so I am surprised that this time toll was deducted from my account.
