Dear support team, I'm belonging from Anand, Gujarat. I would like to bring to your notice that an amount of Rs. 250 was collected from me in on the Anand-Ahmedabad expressway.Even though having balance in fastag. (Screenshot of amout receipt attached). After that, at Ringrod Toll Plaza Ahmedabad, first the Fastag code was scanned but the officer said that their device was unable to read the code. Saying this, they asked me to pay Rs. 140 in cash ( receipt attached) at . And same thing happened while returning. This happened a day back.
