IRB Infrastructure Customer Care's response Dear Mr.Ashok, We have carefully noted your grievances conveyed vide your email dtd : 20th & 21st of January 2016 and wish to clarify as under : Please be informed that as per Govt. Notification No.S.O.2921 (E) there are no exemptions to any individual vehicles, except that are mentioned in the exempted category, but at the same time, as per aforesaid Govt Notification there is provision of issuing ‘Local Discounted Monthly Passes’ for the local residents, that are residing within the radius of 20 Kms; provided they furnish proper & valid documents, needed for such transaction, including proof of residence etc. Post such submissions, Toll Plaza Admin Office / Toll Plaza Manager then scrutinizes the documents . Local passes are issued, once documents furnished, are found to be acceptable. Your request was rejected since your place of residence did not meet the above-mentioned criteria. Hence we express our in ability to provide the above-mentioned facilities to you. Apart from this, following facilities are also available at Vasad Toll Plaza and you can avail the same : · Monthly trip base card which is available for minimum 50 single journey trips in which user has to pay only 2/3 amount of the Fee. Return ticket valid for 24 hours from the time of payment in which user has to pay only one and half times of the Fee. Hope this will suffices your queries.
