IRB Infrastructure — incorrectly toll collected by both cash and fastag

I was travelling from Pune to Lonavala on 01-September-2019 via Express Way.
At Telegaon toll plaza, at around 10AM, I have paid 138 Rs. (Receipt Attached)
While returning back from Lonavala to Pune I again paid 138RS at Telegaon toll plaza(receipt attached) at around 3:20PM.

After driving a while I received as SMS saying my FastTag account has been again debited with RS 138.
My wallet id is [protected] and customer id is [protected].
My fastag account is with axis back.

Please refund my money back as soon as possible to my wallet.

Updated by Joydeep Sen Can you please take necessary action? without my consent you took my money 2 times instantly and when its time to return back taking so much of time? All the valid proof are already submitted so take prompt action please.
