IRB Infrastructure — incorrectly toll collected by both cash and fastag | |||
I was travelling from Pune to Lonavala on 01-September-2019 via Express Way. At Telegaon toll plaza, at around 10AM, I have paid 138 Rs. (Receipt Attached) While returning back from Lonavala to Pune I again paid 138RS at Telegaon toll plaza(receipt attached) at around 3:20PM. After driving a while I received as SMS saying my FastTag account has been again debited with RS 138. My wallet id is [protected] and customer id is [protected]. My fastag account is with axis back.
