Sir, I am the daily going to school from the route of this toll plaza everyday asking the daily fees which is very costly to going and coming the same way.I am coming with college car whose residence is above 20 km but my residence is within 20km from your toll plaza please provide the ethical advice so we can comfortably reach our school with economical rate.
I have all proof of residence for 20km distance.

We have for reference your email dtd: 07.02.17, regarding issue of local monthly pass to you through ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ and wish to state as under:

In this regard, Please be informed that as per Govt. Notification No.S.O.2921 (E), though there are no exemptions to any individuals, there is a provision of issuing ‘Local Discounted Monthly Passes’ for the local residents falling within the radius of 20 Kms, provided they furnish proper & valid documents, needed for such transaction, including proof of residence etc. Post such submissions, Toll Plaza Admin Office / Toll Plaza Manager then scrutinizes the documents and local passes are issued once documents furnished are found to be acceptable. The same has also explained to you over phone.

You are advised to kindly visit to our Vasad Toll Admin Office / Plaza Manager to avail the above facility; we have already instructed them to extend good co-operation to you.
