IRB Infrastructure — Rude behaviour of staff & waiting period of vehicles inspite of fastag | |||
Early in the morning at 1.35 AM we had to wait more than 3 minutes at vadodara toll gate of vadodara-ahmedabad expressway due to fastag problem of ahead's car. Staff members were nearby and were busy in chatting but not helping or solving to cut down waiting period of queue. We have to go out of the car to complain about it and to see what is going on and why it takes more time. Even after that I asked them to remove that vehicle aside so rest vehicles who were behind can go but staff were not ready to listen and when we asked for complain book, staff who were busy in chatting nearby came in action and come towards me all together and asked to leave and don't create ruckus. I asked where were you till now and why did you come now when I asked for complain book? They behaved rudely with elder and what is the reason of fastag if we have to wait at toll gate longer than usual. Why Gadkari ko committed that cars will be allowed to pass without toll tax if waited longer than usual time. I need answer and solution to it Was this information helpful? | |||
