IRB Infrastructure — Talegaon - charged Rs.540

On 27.10.2021 I was travelling from Mumbai to Pune in my car GJ06HL1052. While crossing Talegoan toll, the fast tag lane told me there is no balance in my Airtel Fast tag account and charged Rs.540, which I paid theo my HDFC debit card, transaction I'd.[protected].
Today on review I find that Rs.203 has been debited from my Airtel Fast tag also. Transaction I'd FT[protected].
I want to understand when he fast tag payment was debited, why your persons were forcing me to pay cash with fine.
Also please arrange to return Rs.540 collected by them to my bank account.
