[Resolved] IRB Infrastructure — toll collected twice at pune-mumbai express highway | |||
On 29th Dec 2019 @13:04:05, i crossed Pune toll going to Mumbai from Pune. I was charged twice, i had taken toll receipt of rs 173/- by cash but when i crossed toll after paying i receipt a message from KVB Bank stating that my fast tag account had been deducted too at toll. I have been charged twice. Attached are the photos of cash receipt as well as text message from fast tag bank account. Pursuant to expiry of concession period for Mumbai-Pune Expressway, we have already handed over project to MSRDC on 10/8/2019. The incident forwarded to us is subsequent to our handing over of project to MSRDC and therefore we express our inability to comment on same. 2. The service was not good.
There is lot of traffic due to toll plaza
There is only one line for cash and other are for fast tag but the number of vehicles are mostly paid cash without fastag.
So increase cash paid lines.
