IRB Infrastructure — toll collection from local residents

Address:Raigad, Maharashtra, 410208

I have my property in taloja panchnanad. I have to travel daily from this toll to my office. Sometimes toll staff allowed me to pass through but today they charged to cross the toll. I showed him my flat registration paper of taloja but they asked me to show car rc which is of panvel. I can not understand why local residents have to pay toll to pass through this toll. Also irb staff is so rude, they don't know how to behave with people.
Please solve this problem on urgent basis.

Hello,
Here location at bareja NH 48 Ahmedabad . IRB infra 6 lane road street light is not working since 40 days or more so very problem face here at night and traffic problem is here so please solve it as soon as possible

Not enough staff at boiarch toll plaza SO403E to control tragic line, its 3rd time expiriance in a week, and because of this people are fight with each other.
