IRB Infrastructure — Toll double charging

While traveling to Pune on 27th Nov 2020. As there was less que on cash counter, paid toll at Shilphata cash Rs.41, Khalapur Rs. 270, coming back again at Khalapur Rs.270 as passed trhoug cash counter. But from FASTAG wallet also amount got deducted. When informed to toll post they tolled we can do anything. Give complaint to call center, which is again charging for calls. This is reticules.
