Irctc — Abnormal deduction of amount for ticket from Bhilwara to Delhi Pnr No [protected]

Dear sir, This is Jagdish prasad.Today on date 30.4.2015 I have booked a ticket from bilwara to Delhi sarai rohilla in 12982 chetak exp in 3A class from premium tatkal quota the journey date is 1 May2015. The IRCTC shown the total charge of the ticket is Rs.1110 -/ but when i booked the ticket the total amount of Rs. 2174.94 has deduct from my account also the printed ticket shown Ticket fare Rs 2130 and IRCTC service charge Rs. 44.94. How it is possible and why my Rs 1064.94 more deduct for this ticket. Please give me the detail for this deduction and refund my extra money at earlier basis.My booked ticket details are below- Pnr no.
