Dear Sir,
I have booked tiket from DNR- CDG Express from Danapur Jn to Roorkee Junction today on 13 th sep 2015 from Patna. While booking the tkt i have booked my ticket and got middle birth on S1 coach seat no 53 of Booking Status Current Status CNF/S1/53/MB CNF at nearly 12 30 pm. On 3 :01 pm i have again got one PNR confirming my seat in same coach on S1 seat no S1 32. So i stunned and checked that the ticket was booked twice and then cancelled and the 50 % of the value of second ticket was deducted from my account. Kindly look into the matter urgently and i am hereby appealing for my further move will be to the session courts for further processing of my ticket amount and a justice appeal from you.My both the ticket details are as follows
