Irctc — Amount debited but online railway ticket not booked?

sir/madam, i had book a train ticket on 10 feb . But, unfortunately the train ticket was not booked and the money was debited from my account plz help me below is the train ticket detail ( THIS MENTIONED DETAIL I HAVE GOT FROM MY BANK PASS BOOK ) PNR number ---- [protected] TRAIN NO.[protected] FROM STATION (ASR) TO STATION (CDG) Date Of Journey[protected]/02/2014 Class -------- AC CHAIR TOTAL FARE[protected].47 + 10 (bank charges) i hadn't got any message from the IRCTC regarding train ticket confirmation i had mention that information only which i had put at the IRCTC website while booking i had got only one message from the bank only that 417 Rs/- was debited from my bank account
