Irctc — Amount is not getting refunded to my account for not confirming tickets

Sir I made reservation through irctc passenger reservation every time . but for these PNR No:[protected] dt.08-05-14 only two tickets berths were confirmed but amount for remaning Two W/L passengers amount was not refunded . and previously also for PNR No :[protected] Dt.11.10.14 only two passengers berths were confirmed but the remaining W/L passengers (i.e3) amount was not refunded please do the needful.
