Irctc — Amount Not Refunded After 13 days | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have cancelled my ticket on 22nd June 2017.. 4 days prior to date of Journey. I received mail from Irctc saying that refund has been processed on 24th June 2107 but still its not credited in my account. Payment was done by Axis debit card. When i checked my irctc account the status shows its refunded but not credited in my bank. I have verified in my bank too and they said no refund is receive in my account the details area s follows: Transacation ID: [protected] PNR No:[protected] Cancellation Id: [protected] Two Tickets from Pune to ERS.
