Irctc — amount or payment deducted from bank but ticket not generated

Dear IRCTC team I am Veankateshkumar D ticket not generated but 4 time Rs 672.48 amount or payment deducted from bank account by net banking total Rs 2689.92, I have done an online transaction to purchase E ticket, after the payment was made through ICICI bank Internet banking the amount Rs 2689.92 got debited from my bank account, following message displayed on screen DOWNTIME MESSAGE DUE TO MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY E TICKETING SERVICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Still also we have not received any king of confirmation message of mail form IRCTC, please refund total amount to my bank account. Thanks and regards Venkatesh kumar D
