Irctc — Announcement at the station

Respected sir/mam, I'm a frequent traveler of Indian Rly. Mostly I travel by sleeper coach and now a days I've noticed that it is quiet improved regarding cleanliness.Thanks for that. But the announcement of arriving and departure (Long distance train) the train and in which PLATFORM, it is so Unclear on the station (my request any one can go and listen), specially at BORIVELI station, that passengers have to run on last moment from one Platform to another platform. The train stops for 2 minutes also. Sometimes passengers only see, arriving the train on other platform and they had to run. It may be easy to run for young people but what about the Old persons with the luggage????? Even Display is also not there on the display board. Please improve the announcement and Display. Regards.
