[Resolved] Irctc — auto wrong flight ticket booked | |||
at 04:58 hrs a flight ticket was booked for del-bom on ai663/25nov (std0800 ) but surprisingly the final print of the ticket comes out to be of ai863/25nov 1800 dep and 2010 arrival at Bombay. when trying to cancel the ticket unfortunately the irctc site says system under maintenance since 2345hrs from 24th nov14 till 25th nov14 upto 0530hrs. Here my wrong ticket was issues with a deduction of Rs8822.00 plus due to emergency i have to contact AI customer care where they fined me 1580 rupees to change the time. Not to forget all my tiredless follow ups with the customer care team and a hurry to the Igi airport to pay the fee on the given time. also wondering how a ticket could get generate when there was a maintenance from 2345 to 0530.
