I am Jayshree Desai. On 28th November, 2014 I boarded train no. 12293 from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus from Mumbai to Allahabad. Travelling with me was a group of 18 other women. Since the time we sat to this morning while I lodge this complaint, the toilet facilities in our compartment are not working. Reason given- water is not there. We approached the TC - G.K. Pandey who kept telling us it will get done soon. We are all in our mid fifties. This kind of inconvenience is impossible for us to bear. This morning finally when we the entire compartment approached the mechanic and the TC they just laughed it off saying we are not responsible. How can a passenger travel for that many hours without using the basic service that we pay for and are entitled to?
