Irctc — Booking Tatkal ticket has never been so frustrating | |||
I have been a regular use of IRCTC for the past 5 years and I book ticket to go home every weekend. I have also used Tatkal option regulary with 80% success rate but for the last 6 months, I am getting weird errors and no ticket gets booked. Messages like, 1) Unable to process your request 2) IRCTC is undergoing maintenance 3) You request cannot be processed or It simply logs out of my account has been the norm when I am 200% sure of not making any mistake from my end. Once all tickets gets booked, then the website becomes normal. This problem has happened to me in my residance at chennai, bangalore temporary residance, my office or my relative place. Even I have changed devices. Over time, things have to improve, but how come it can become bad? Are there any actions being made to improve things. Apart from me booking tickets in bus and I am asking all my friends to do the same now. Was this information helpful? | |||
